All the staff were friendly and helpful. To be highlighted are the reception and restaurant. The outdoor area, including the animals that appeared regularly, was very interesting and had something of a safari and holiday feel about it. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need to be renovated and modernized. But nothing was missing here either. The food selection was sufficient, but could be a little more extensive (fruit, cheese), especially at breakfast.

We had a great experience staying at this beautiful tranquil relaxing home. On a week long safari we stayed here for two nights - welcomed by extremely friendly staff , the rooms were spacious and clean and we so enjoyed the beautiful gardens, the flowers and the birds. We ate breakfast on the verandah and enjoyed a fabulous home cooked dinner each evening in the Dining room. We felt made very welcome by Dea and her team and would thoroughly recommend staying here - would be a great place for a few day’s relaxation.

The hotel experience is really great! The hotel is in the scenic area. The room is a water house. The balcony is a lake view. The hotel lawn has deer, monkeys and various birds grazing and walking around you during the day. You can’t go to the lawn at night, because the hippos will go ashore at around 22:00 Eat grass and return to the water at 5:00 in the morning. The hotel’s meals are also very satisfied!
