Stay was alright, most international travellers are staying here. Breakfast has variety and is of good value. Staff were very nice. However, soundproofing in the room is very bad. There was a connecting room next to us and we could hear every bit of the conversation all throughout the day, into the night and in the morning. It was as if they were in the same room as us. My advice is to make sure you’re not assigned a connecting room.

I had an amazing stay at your hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel provides Free airport transport, you just need to inform them your flight time. The location is superb, so close to the main city attractions;Omar Ali mosque, Royal Barge, Waterfront, Kampong Ayer. There are also some food restaurants at the commercial complex behind the hotel, The One mall. Room is standard, but free breakfast is good enough, although not many variety of menu. We were happily staying there.

Fantastic sunset and sunrise views. Stayed at Ocean View Block and thus enjoy nice sea views during the stay. Very spacious room, with little Pail and brush and washing powder and drying rack is provided at balcony. Microwave oven and good free mini bar which is replenished everyday. Lots of facilities like bowling, ball games, cinema etc. Polite and helpful staff. Food wise is average.

The hotel wifi is horrible!!! Better to go to Starbuck to get the wifi connection. The location of the hotel is good with many nice, good restaurants nearby, all within walking distance The swimming pool is on the 2nd floor and you have to walk across the building to go to the pool which is so inconvenient. The swimming pool is pretty bare with no facilities The lobby area is quite miserable with limited seats. There is a bakery store and Starbuck is within the lobby area. The room is clean but a little old, need to do some renovation to improve on the outlook

There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. Will stay again this hotel. Thanks

Choosing Hogher Hotel Kiulap is because of the location , right at the BSB busiest area. Lots of Good restaurants is just walking distance from this hotel. To or from airport is just around 15 to 20 minutes. Very convenient. Hotel front desk is very polite and helpful. Only drawback is the shower head and safe box in room 439 is not working / spoiled. Other than this everything is working fine.

Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well.

Lovely hotel! I would definitely recommend as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and the hotel staff are so friendly! The do free airport drop off service which is nice and the hotel is in a good location! Close to a morning market and the city center. It is a very walkable city and within 10 minutes you are at the shopping mall or waterfront. The room was clean and tidy and the bottled water and towels were replaced every day. It’s quiet at night and very clean. Internet was good enough for me to work on. Would stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brunei should be regarded as a good hotel locally, but from the Chinese perspective, it is really not very complimentary, similar to the guest house. The facilities in the room are relatively old, and the bath water is particularly dirty (possibly all rust inside). The overall facilities are basically in the style of the late 1980s.
