Great hotel. Staff are super friendly and good location. Shuttle is also very useful to the market. Clean rooms and nice pool. Good workout facilities and good food.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively complete, with free laundry, gym, tea table, chess table, and complete toiletries in the room, basically in accordance with domestic standards;
Sanitation: The room is relatively clean and cleaned in time every day;
Environment: The layout of the whole hotel is good. The hotel lobby is in front and the swimming pool is behind the lobby. It is good for swimming or playing with children. There are two-story accommodation rooms on both sides of the swimming pool with balconies. The room area is generally large. I like it very much.
Service: The boss is a fellow Yunnan compatriot. The service is warm and thoughtful. There will be warm reminders for accommodation after booking the hotel. Going to the hotel is simple and clear. There are also airport pick-up or drop-off services. We went to the hotel according to the boss's instructions at the time. We were dropped off at the station on the return trip. It is very convenient to go to Yangren Street. There are cars to pick up at any time, less than 10 minutes by car.
A one-day tour (for 2 people) is provided for a two-night stay: This special project is very good, including the visit to the West Falls, the Grand Palace, etc. When you come back from the waterfall, you can drink rice field coffee and eat Laotian specialties. Of course, you have to pay for your own meals. The food the boss took us to eat was delicious and cheap, very comfortable. In the morning, we went to participate in alms and visit the night market. The boss also accompanied us throughout the whole process. The whole process was like a private tour guide. The arrangement was very thoughtful, including boat rides and elephant rides. The boss can arrange thoughtfully, of course, the cost is at your own expense.
Overall, I am very satisfied and comfortable.

Aman is the best hotel in Luang Prabang. It is located in the center of the town. It is a 5-minute walk to the Foreigner Street Night Market. Aman's service is impeccable. Breakfast and dinner are all served at the hotel. The quality of the catering is online. I participated in the hotel's charity and Mekong River cruise. It costs extra but the price is acceptable. You can use the hotel's electric car to pick you up anywhere in the town. In short, Aman will take your vacation experience to a new level.
The room is large, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the disposable items are also very good, the bathroom water pressure is very large, the bath is comfortable, the pool is suitable, there is Chinese service, the attitude is positive and enthusiastic, and there is a car transfer, very intimate, not far from the city, travel is relatively convenient

Not much to say, which is rather positive. As advertised. The location was convenient without being crowded. The hotel itself was charming and relaxing. The restaurant offered a good mix of options with a wide range of affordable local dishes and some western alternatives. Both were good choices. The cleaning staff were efficient. And the service was great. There was always someone available to help, happily. The spa was surprisingly cheap for an in-house spa, but still maintained standards across the board. The shuttle, which never required any waiting time, was useful. I guess there was a bit to say, all positive. Would comfortably recommend.

Say goodbye to Siem Reap, fly to Luang Prabang, and unlock a new country: Laosš±š¦
Explore Laos, āBuddhaā is undoubtedly a key word. Buddhism has existed and developed on this land long before the establishment of the Lancang Kingdom. After 1353, King Faang, who unified Laos, introduced Theravada Buddhism from Cambodia and made Buddhism the state religion, ushering in a vigorous era of Buddhist development.
The ancient city of Luang Prabang, a world heritage site, is the birthplace of Theravada Buddhism in Laos. After thousands of years, Buddhism has left a deep imprint on this city.
Avani+ in Luang Prabang is a two-story luxury hotel with 53 modern classic rooms, inspired by the traditional Laotian and French colonial architecture in the town. The history of the venue dates back to 1941, when it was a French officer's dormitory, and was converted into the Phu Si Hotel by the Lao government in 1961.
Aman founder Adrian Zecha is particularly fond of Luang Prabang. He feels that Jakarta, Singapore and Hong Kong, where he has lived, are becoming more and more fast-paced and modern, and only Luang Prabang gives him the feeling of living in Indonesia as a child. In addition to Amantaka and his private residence, the first hotel of the new brand Azerai was also opened in Luang Prabang in 2017. It is the predecessor of Avani+, so Avani+ is known as the Little Aman.
Our stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points.
Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best weāve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating.
However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all.
Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The ālocalā Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do.
Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards.
Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering Iāve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space.
We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.
Serene and peaceful environment, with nice Christmas decorations. Very helpful staff, who replied emails promptly. There is a free shuttle bus which you can take to town. Good spread of buffet. Room is very clean too. Early check in was made possible too!

šService
When you arrive at the hotel, the manager will come and help you with your luggage and guide you to your room. Overall, they are friendly and accommodating to requests.
šAmenities
They provide a shuttle service to downtown, so be sure to use it! It's really convenient.
I didn't use the swimming pool separately, but it's a good size for families or couples to go in and play.
šBreakfast
You can eat your fill with a simple buffet + one noodle meal to order. The menu doesn't have a huge number of items, but it's generally clean and of good quality, so be sure to try the dessert.

KK.-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded.
-The room is super clean.
-The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area.
It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.
NNelly11Great hotel. Staff are super friendly and good location. Shuttle is also very useful to the market. Clean rooms and nice pool. Good workout facilities and good food.
KkissceeEnvironment: The hotel is so beautiful! It has a sense of history! The breakfast area overlooks the Mekong River, and the sunset is beautiful!
Hygiene: Well maintained
Facilities: It has a sense of history and is integrated into the environment! The breakfast is rich!
Service: Great! When I first checked in, the shower water pressure was very low. I told the front desk and it was quickly resolved!
Except for the remote location and limited shuttle bus time, there is nothing wrong with it. Of course, you can also choose to find a car by yourself, but the cost is a little expensive.

GGuest UserFacilities: The newly opened hotel has complete facilities, gym and swimming pool. The swimming pool is oversized. This day, swimming is very pleasant.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, no smell.
Environment: Look at the picture and you will know, the environment is super nice, this time we are friends traveling, put down work, sit on the balcony, and relax physically and mentally.
Service: Very good. Overall, the choice of the right hotel brought a surprise to our journey.
GGuest UserThe hotel facilities and services are very good. The room is cleaned very well. The breakfast is very good. The waiter is very polite. WanWan is in charge of my sales. He patiently answered my questions and helped me recommend good travel plans and arranged to send me to the station. My family and I stayed for three nights. It was a very pleasant experience. The only thing I want to remind everyone is that 1) the hotel is a bit remote and not on the main street. If you miss the shuttle bus, you have to take a taxi yourself. 2) They will entertain Chinese and Korean uncles and aunts, and sometimes it will be a bit noisy. 3) The dinner I ordered at the hotel tasted good, but the quantity was small and the price was expensive. Overall, it was very good. Recommended
