Everything felt perfect. The hotel environment was excellent, with expansive views and a great sense of space, offering peace and tranquility. The room was also very good, with top-notch heating – it was delightful to cozy up on the sofa and gaze at the distant village buildings! I absolutely must commend the hotel staff's service; they were very attentive and considerate. Pick-ups and drop-offs were punctual, their advice was spot-on, and they were both thoughtful and discreet. The unlimited freshly ground coffee and drinks, comfortable afternoon tea, and the lingering melodies of the Dong village songs all contributed to a wonderful experience.

This hotel is truly wonderful! The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and I could enjoy the beautiful mountain views right from the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a perfect balance of softness and firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The hotel environment was very quiet, with no noise, making it ideal for relaxation. The restaurant's dishes were also excellent, the chef's skills were top-notch, and every dish was a treat for the eyes and taste buds. Plus, the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the scenic area, making sightseeing a breeze. If you're coming to Huangguoshu, you definitely have to choose Kaiyuan Manju Huangguoshu.

1. I have to complain about the hotel's fresh air system! Guiyang has been getting warmer lately, and the room I stayed in got a lot of sun during the day. When I came back to the hotel after being out, around 4 PM, the thermometer on the table showed 28.5 degrees Celsius. I turned on the air conditioning but it didn't work. When I called, they said the temperature was centrally controlled. I told them it was unbearably hot and asked for a fan. It took a long time for them to send one after I contacted the front desk, and the children's slippers I'd asked for initially also took almost 40 minutes to arrive. However, I have to praise the floor attendant; she kept looking for fans for me when there weren't enough. It was still very hot past 11 PM, and my child couldn't stand the heat, but the fan was noisy, so I had to turn it off to sleep. 2. On the day of check-in, I had my child with me, but the front desk didn't proactively offer children's toiletries or slippers. I assumed they didn't have any, but then at breakfast the next morning, I saw other children wearing them. I had to discuss it with the front desk again that day. 3. The hotel offers good value for money, but the details still need improvement!

Great location and an impressive lobby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is excellent – I especially loved the big bathtub. They proactively provided toiletries for kids. When we unexpectedly added another person to our trip, they upgraded us to a twin room for free and even included an extra breakfast. That was fantastic! The 'Pet Garden Restaurant' is amazing, with deer, goats, Peppa Pig (I assume they mean a pig-like animal or a character display), squirrels, peacocks, and even chickens, ducks, and fish that you can feed freely. The kids had a blast! I saw the constant-temperature swimming pool but didn't get a chance to try it.

I stay at his hotel every time I go on a business trip, and I stay several times for several days. The environment is good and clean. The front desk clerks are always smiling and polite, which makes me feel much better when I check in. They are friendly and considerate. The hotel's service is getting better and better. I also heard from the lady on the floor that the hotel will soon have a self-service laundry room, which will be more and more convenient for guests. It's really good.

The room is very large and spacious, with a large balcony. The hygiene is good. The front desk and service staff are very enthusiastic. When they heard that I was taking my elderly to the hot spring, they extended the check-out time to 3pm. The breakfast was also free in the morning, which was quite rich. The surroundings are beautiful, offering both the stunning scenery of the Jinjiang River and the cultural atmosphere of the National Customs Park, making for a pleasant evening stroll. 2. Comfortable Room Experience We booked a Deluxe River View Room, and the front desk representative, Xiao Peng, upgraded us to an Executive River View Room. This spacious 90-square-meter room features floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Jinjiang River, offering unobstructed views of both the mountains and the river. The room is fully equipped with a bathtub, refrigerator, and smart curtains. The mattress has the perfect firmness for an excellent sleep. The hotel also offers exceptional attention to detail, including welcome fruit. 3. Attentive Service The front desk service was particularly commendable. Check-in was very efficient. Xiao Peng, the staff member, was not only warm and attentive, but also proactively upgraded our room, gave us welcome fruit, and provided free luggage storage. 4. Extensive Dining Options The hotel offers two restaurants: Fu Restaurant (buffet) and Bijingxuan (a la carte Chinese cuisine). The breakfast menu is extensive, with both Western bread and coffee and local rice noodles, all very delicious. 5. Complete Amenities - Indoor heated swimming pool: Clean, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. 6. Tips The hotel is near the railway station, and the occasional train whistle can be heard, which may be disturbing for light sleepers, but overall the impact is minimal. There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, so takeout is the only option.

The proprietress upgraded the largest room. The room was large and clean. There was mosquito coil liquid in the room, but the mosquito physique was still bitten all night. The proprietress also solved the problem for the first time. The location is very good. Going out is the street, less than a few hundred meters is the ancient town food street

I booked this Fengsan in advance, mainly because it can be cancelled for free. I didn't expect that after the housekeeper contacted me on the day of check-in, he kept explaining that he hadn't contacted me. Maybe I rejected the strange call as a harassing call. The housekeeper wanted to arrange a pick-up. That night, we gave a very sweet apple and a local fat banana as welcome fruit. My family liked it very much and wanted to know where to buy it. I didn't expect that the housekeeper not only informed the location of the fruit shop in time, but also gave several more. Very considerate. The small infinity pool of this homestay is at a commanding height. It feels great to be able to swim and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is very homely, and there is sweet soup in the evening. When it rains outside, an umbrella will be quietly placed at the door, and you will feel warm when you open the door. On the last day, we arranged to send you to the airport, and the driver was also very nice. The whole stay was impeccable.

It was much more spacious than I expected, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. There was ample space for luggage and plenty of room to move around. The room's decor is simple yet elegant, with ample natural light; every time I open the window, I'm greeted by a pleasant view. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness, ensuring I sleep exceptionally well every night. The room is spotless, with no corner overlooked. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, a reliable and ample hot water supply, and all toiletries are provided—quality evident in every detail. The dining options are a definite plus. The hotel restaurant offers a dazzling array of choices. Breakfast includes a variety of Chinese and Western cuisine, from Chinese porridge, pastries, and freshly cooked noodles to Western bread, salads, and coffee, along with fresh seasonal fruits and juices—dozens of options to satisfy diverse tastes. The ingredients are all exceptionally fresh, and the flavors are authentic and delicious, making both breakfast and dinner satisfying and enjoyable. The restaurant environment is clean and elegant, and the staff are friendly, promptly replenishing food and clearing tables, providing an excellent dining experience. What I appreciated most was the incredibly convenient check-in. The hotel boasts a prime location with easy access to transportation and excellent surrounding amenities. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, with no long waits. The hotel's facilities were very convenient to use, with a smart control system, high-speed and stable Wi-Fi, and ample charging ports, all providing great convenience for my trip. This stay was absolutely perfect. Anna's excellent service, the spacious and comfortable rooms, the delicious and varied dining options, and the streamlined check-in process all exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended the hotel to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in this city!
