This is a business trip to the Sharon Center, the bed is quite comfortable, and there is a small spa to relax and the gym. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, the steak is delicious!
The Hilton Hotel here is a pleasant surprise because the bed is very comfortable, the kind that allows you to sleep all night long, super good 👍. The hotel lobby is well designed, with the sun shining in, and unique design elements. The Hilton Hotel has two buildings, and there is a suspended passage between the two buildings. Standing on the passage, you can take photos, which is very photogenic
The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended
Not far from Cleveland. Several restaurants and shopping malls are on the opposite side of the hotel. Around 15-20 mins to drive to 庫雅荷加谷國家公園
Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Our hotel offers free breakfast, free fast internet, a work desk, fitness facility, business center, Hilton Honors, 20 connected rooms, and a fun-filled game room for all to enjoy. We're conveniently located with easy access to the turnpike, just six minutes from Oakshade Raceway, two minutes from the Museum of Fulton County and Fulton Fairgrounds, and a short nine-mile drive from Knotty Vines Winery.
The room was large and cleaned well. There weren't many towels, and the sign said they only change towels every other day, but we only stayed one night and were fine. The breakfast was expansive and prepared well. I would gladly stay here again.
Asked for a room near elevator when we booked ahead online in early evening, but when we got to our room it was as far away from the elevator as possible. Don’t know if that was all that was left at 9:30 when we arrived or what. Didn’t seem very full. Didn’t complain because we didn’t want the hassle of moving our stuff. Also, many Fairfield and Marriott hotels, including this one, now have very low toilets. Might be good for kids, but for older travelers with bad knees who are not otherwise “handicapped,” (which is a sizable part of the travel community) this is a problem as it is hard to get up and down. Taller toilets or routinely putting grab bars in all the bathrooms would make things better.
I've been well.
Very clean.
There are all the markets you need, Wal-Mart, Aldi, Home Depot, etc.
Breakfast is also very good.
I will visit again next time.
Very Good

JJupiterThis hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!
GGuest UserDo NOT stay at this hotel unless you can survive in a room that is not at all soundproof! I booked a queen suite with separate sitting room for my daughter and I. We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay for a 3 day weekend and the reviews for this place were excellent.
First let me list the nice things about the property:
1. It is a full blown conference center with a huge, well maintained and manicured landscape.
2. The outdoor spaces are lovely, including the outdoor pool area.
3. The location is very close to Columbus and to the uber wealthy city of Powell.
4. A gorgeous county park with loads of picnic areas and walking trails is located directly across the street from the conference center.
Now for the negatives:
1. No soundproofing!!! We could hear every word of conversations that took place in the room next door. But the most disturbing thing is that we couldn’t sleep because of noise from the room overhead. My daughter contacted the front desk in the early evening of our first night’s stay asking them to call the guests above us with a “gentle reminder” to avoid heavy walking. She was told that the request could not be made until after the 10 pm quiet time. We had a brown noise machine running at top volume for the entire night, but even that didn’t block the heavy footfalls from above. The constant sound of people walking (it sounded like elephants) continued the next morning which forced us out of our room. (We payed extra for a suite with a separate sitting area so that we could relax outside of the bedroom, but couldn’t take advantage of it because of the noise). My daughter ended up sleeping on a couch at a friend’s house the second night because she was so sleep deprived. However, I returned to the hotel which was a huge mistake! When I turned out the lights at 11 pm, things were quiet, but at 11:30 pm the stomping family returned. The noise of the footfalls and then squeaking floors woke me up at 11:30 pm, 3:30 am and 5:45 am. I finally got out of bed at 6 am, walked to the lobby in my pajamas, and told the staff that I couldn’t stay in this place another night. I must have looked a fright, because the agent immediately canceled the final night of our reservation with no questions asked. Just to be clear, I don’t think that the family above us was intentionally loud. I think that they had absolutely no idea that their movements were creating such a disturbance.
2. Despite the fact that the lovely county park is directly across the street, it’s incredibly difficult to access the park entrance as a pedestrian. There is a single pedestrian crosswalk at the southwest corner of the conference center, but there are no sidewalks that connect to the crosswalk. Walkers are forced to either walk along a very busy road with no shoulder, or walk on the grass for about 1/2 mile to get from the hotel parking lot to the crosswalk. I find it incredibly surprising that Nationwide didn’t consider putting in sidewalks to make access to the park more accessible and safe for pedestrians.
3. Be forewarned that the conference center includes facilities that cater to weddings, so if you stay here on a weekend, be prepared for lots of outdoor evening activities.
No one should have to pay $200/night to stay in a room that isn’t conducive to sleep!!!
GGuest UserWas a convenient location and check in was easy. However, there was difficulty with the room keys. I entered the room left my purse and one key in the room went out to my car for luggage - entered at the rear door using the key. However, the key failed to work for my room. Had to go to the desk and have a new set of keys made. This happened again the next day as well, however, that time the on call clerk said it frequently happens when using the rear door. If they know it happens why not fix it or warn the client in advance. This was very stressful.
The room itself was extremely disappointing. It was supposed to sleep 3 adults yet it contained only a queen size bed and a window ledge. No couch, roll away nothing. The sitting area was non existent. Your options were the bed, the window ledge or a straight back wood desk chair. Not at all comfortable. The television was smaller than my computer monitor definately not more than a 24”. Even though all advertisements stated a refrigerator in the room there was not one. Which meant I was unable to keep any cold drinks in my room. The breakfast was an even bigger joke - cold hard boiled eggs were available one day, cold cereal, very limited fruit if you were not there early there was none it was not refilled. Donuts were prepackaged and old. Was not anything available that was at all desirable. I knew there was not a pool or exercise room which I did not expect however, for 100 a night in Delphos, OH I expected more. I had a handicapped room as I have 2 artificial knees and occasionally have difficulity with low toliets and tubs. The room showed handicapped on the exterior door however, the toliet was low and there was not a shower but a tub you had to step into. I spent 3 nights and the only maid service I received was towel replacement - the bed was not made and I do not believe the vaccum was ran. One day I someone had left their pass key in my room along with a roll of wastepaper bags. I took it to the desk and told the clerk I thought #6 would be looking for their keys in the morning. Not a thank or any sense of concern. I entered the lobby at various times of the day and evening and I don't believe I EVER saw anyone sitting at the desk just a sign that read ring bell for service. They were not even in the office directly behind the desk. To say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly I can assure you I will not be returning to this facility or any other Microtel in the future. Stay away it is definetly worth an additional 20-30 to get an indoor pool, hot breakfast, king size bed, comfortable chair as well as an adjustable desk chair with a refrigerator and microwave in your room which you did not get here. Stay in Van Wert at the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn express.
SSherlanIt started out really bad like the commercial on tv, with the mom waving at her children across the hotel lot. They corrected the error and we ended up in a suite of five beds. The check in time is at three in the afternoon instead of letting you choose. The service for the room was very awesome. Thank you
GGuest UserI loved this hotel! My room was clean and cozy. I love hotels where you walk straight in to your room from the parking lot. I definitely would stay here again! Not sure of the front desk ladies name but she was amazing!
GGuest UserOur stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful!
The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment...
And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands, the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.
LLINMEIThis hotel is extremely clean and has all the amenities you need. There is an oversized Wal-Mart supermarket near the hotel for easy shopping. Breakfast is average, the breakfast place is small and slightly crowded.
PPiff87Not bad of a hotel, wish I utilized the indoor pool though haha but the room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast is alright though nothing extravagant just very basic but at least it was free
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice for a short stay with my family. Pros: there was one lady in particular that worked at the front desk on Friday evening and Saturday that was very friendly from the moment we checked in. Honestly her positive attitude contributed to our lack of complaints during our stay. The free daily breakfast was decent. There’s a nice variety and you can’t beat free (well it might’ve been included in the cost because I’m not sure what we really paid for) and one less meal to plan for my family. The hotel itself has nice character and is beautiful to the eye initially. The room that we were in was very spacious which was a plus! We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but from what I could see it looked nice.
Cons - I believe this is becoming an issue with most hotels possibly due to staffing shortages but the cleanliness of the hotel and the room especially, lacked. Having an infant with us brought this to light. He kept bringing us things that we know for sure we didn’t bring into the room, like butter packets, toothpick/floss sticks and an abundance of hair that didn’t belong to us. And the carpet could certainly use a deep clean. The bathroom toiletries were very basic. The fridge left our food warm, I did notify the person at the front desk when we checked out but she didn’t seem to concerned. We couldn’t get lake check out (but I know that’s never guaranteed, it’s just the first time it’s happened to us lol)
Overall it was a decent stay. I think we paid more for
Location and hotel brand but we survived.
GGuest UserThe front desk person was more concerned with what was happening on her cell phone then waiting on me as her custom. Checked in and went to my room and then came back and found my form that I had signed just laying out on the desk. She had gone outside to use her phone several times so when I called the front desk no one wasn't answering. I needed to return my car to the rental carental car before the evening was over so I did not have to do it in the morning.. I try to find the return and and got lost. She didn't even know where I was she couldn't leave me back to the hotel. It turns out that the shuttle driver finally suggested that she'd take me and I follow her. That worked out well. My concern is that had I had an issue with help or anything and called the front desk there would be no one there to answer the phone. And literally had to go outside to find her once I realized what she was doing. I came into the front lobby and there was no one there. The next morning the night auditor was very kind to kind to make sure that the shuttle driver got there on time so I would not be late for my ride to the airport. There seems to be a little confusion as About the consistency of employee service giving to the customer. I'm not sure I would have that many family members working in the same facility.
