The service was great. One of the male workers helped with our luggage when we arrived and when we left. He also helped us pay for the tickets to enter the Furong Ancient Town. My family of four stayed in two bedrooms with one bathroom. Both rooms have comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The town is most beautiful at night, especially at the waterfall. We had dinner at one of the restaurant with a view of the town and waterfall, and it was magical.

The location was excellent!! If you came for the waterfall view, I can’t imagine a better place than this stay. The staff were very helpful and arranged hotel/high speed railway station transfers for free. However, the plumbing was a big disappointment. The water pressure and temperature were unstable and the shower drain was blocked.

The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!

One of the best hotel stays during my trip in China. Highly recommend. Walking distance to National Forest Park. Clean and large rooms. Breakfast had a good food selection, coffee, and latte machine. We stayed in a family room with a mountain and river view. Staff went above and beyond during our stay. Provided medicine and ice packs for mosquito bites, helped finish our laundry late at night, provided fruit knife when we needed it. Concierge service is one of the best. They arranged and scheduled all our trips, tour guides, tickets, etc. Helped make last minute tour changes as needed. Whenever we had questions or needed help during our excursions they would respond immediately. 5 stars for front desk staff, polite, patient and helpful. One staff member spoke English.

We stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room is spacious and has a nice layout. Everything is comfortable, fresh and clean. The Location of the hotel is convenient, as it is located next to the entrance of the baofeng lake, a breathtaking attraction. The breakfast has a lot of variety and tastes good. The ingredients are fresh and there is something for everyone. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. They helped us to plan our trip to the national park and gave us many great recomendations. Special thanks to them 😊

Hotel location is great, its right on the city walk. a few steps from the metro station and all the city-walk has to offer. lots of crowd right out side the hotel door steps. The room the hotel assigned me was in a split level between the lobby/bar and the roof top. there are overhead beam in the hallway leading to my room which was uncomfortable to walk through. you have to cringe down in case you head your head. Room is a good comfortable size and updated but a bit noisy. The breakfast was included in my rate but it wasn't good. I stayed for two nights and on the last day prior to check out there was a lady doing live-stream in the lobby. which I think it's inappropriate because it's affecting the hotel guest's privacy, something the hotel manager should take a note about.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes away from Changde Station Very close to the city center, close to Wanda Plaza, Baima Lake Cultural Park The room environment is good, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Baima Lake directly The scenery is in full view, comfortable and cozy!! The bedding is soft, and people who are familiar with the bed can sleep comfortably. The sound insulation is also great, quiet. The dry and wet separated bathroom also has a sink, bathtub, TV, and desk. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool🏊♀️Children's playground... The public facilities are very good. The front desk lady has a good service, basically responds to requests, and smiles full marks! ! ! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. Amazing place with kind and helpful staff. Our room had a wonderful view on the waterfall. We were picked-up at the train station, our heavy luggages were carried to the room, we even got some fresh fruits at our arrival. The staff was always very friendly, supportive at any time and answering all our questions. We were even transported back to the train station for departure. I really loved our stay! Totally worth the price!

Place what deserve more attention, great location, interesting room design, a lot of entertaining surroundings. Wish the best to hotel and more visitors at future. Just little bit learn facility maintain from international brand hotels and be perfect. Shuttle bus very convenient. Food ok for foreigners. Quite and very chilling place. Recommend for people who want rest alone.
