Hotel location is very good, 5 mins walk to the night show and a 10 mins walk to the waterfall. Room is a bit dated but clean with all required amenities and good heating to keep warm in the cold weather. Service is excellent and very responsive via wechat. Hotel breakfast is simple but delicious with noodles and baozhi with a nice view overlooking the stream. Hotel provided a 1 way transport to the high speed railway station and helped to arrange for transport the next day.

The facilities are excellent: smart speaker, smart toilet, laundry facilities... definitely worth the price. The soundproofing is good, the room is spacious, and the curtains are high quality – we even slept until 11 am without realizing it. Cleanliness: Pretty good, no issues at all in the room. Service: Absolutely fantastic! Check-in was very quick, and they helped us plan a very reasonable route to Wulingyuan, which made our trip great. They also offer a shuttle service to the East Gate of the scenic area, which compensated for not being right at the entrance. Their advice was very detailed, and the service was continuous; the 'electronic guide' was amazing, you could ask anything about the scenic area. The service alone makes it worthwhile. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, but a minor drawback was that the housekeeping carts seemed to be in the hallway a lot, perhaps because we woke up so late. Breakfast was decent, nothing particularly amazing. The location is a bit far from the East Gate commercial area, which is a bit inconvenient. Regarding the mountain view, well, the room windows are indeed large, but our side faced the road and some low-rise buildings, so we could only see half a mountain, and the ground on the other side was a bit messy. I'd say don't expect too much. Overall, I think it's excellent. It's the off-season now, and most hotels are cheaper, but this one is a bit pricier. However, there's a good reason for it; it's worth choosing.

The handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the front desk are super enthusiastic and have an amazing attitude. They always address our needs and questions promptly. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and the room hygiene is spotless, which is simply fantastic. What's even better is that the Huangguang Plaza subway station is just a right turn from the exit. Plus, there's a smart assistant (Xiao Du), and the projector delivers super clear visuals. They even offer free laundry and drying services. From 8 PM to 10 PM, there's even a bowl of congee available; we just need to scan the QR code nearby, and someone will deliver it to us. It's truly excellent, mainly because it's just so great!

The hotel's decor is incredibly unique and stylish, making it perfect for photos! Our butler, Kele, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful. He helped us with parking, arranged transportation to the scenic spot entrance, and was always available when we needed him, making our experience truly fantastic. The room was clean and cozy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The location is great, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. I genuinely recommend staying here!

I would like to thank the entire hotel team who helped me a lot to plan my stay in 张家界。 The hotel helped me book my tickets to visit 天门山，张家界森林公园，张家界大峡谷。 They gave me very useful advice on interesting places to visit, transportation to use. For my part, I have often used the taxi to visit the sites (most are 30 minutes away by taxi, except for 张家界大峡谷 located an hour away by taxi) but you can take the bus as well. The hotel really corresponds to my expectations, the room benefitted from a view of the mountain. I also used the fairly well-equipped fitness room every day and the washing machines accessible at any time of the day. Breakfast from 6:30 a.m. is also quite rich. Pour ma part, j'ai souvent utilisé le taxi pour visiter les sites (la plupart sont à 30 minutes en taxi, sauf pour 张家界大峡谷 situé à une heure en taxi). L'hôtel correspond à mes attentes, la chambre bénéficiait d'une vue sur la montagne. J'ai aussi utilisé tous les jours la salle de sport assez bien équipée et les machines à laver le linge accessibles à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Le petit-déjeuner dès 6h30 est aussi assez riche. En résumé, je suis pleinement satisfait de cet hôtel et je le recommande à tous les voyageurs en famille ou bien solitaires comme moi.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and thoughtful. The cleaning auntie was very considerate; since we were extending our stay for another night, we specifically asked her to replenish the toiletries but not change the bed linens. She even wrote us a handwritten thank you card! When we checked out yesterday, the hotel staff even gave us a souvenir. Although Changsha was very cold, the warmth of its people made us feel cozy. The river view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We'll definitely be back!

What a pleasant surprise! As an EV owner, this Four Points by Sheraton is a must-stay. Both the service and facilities were top-notch and completely exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were professional and attentive, handling my check-in efficiently. They proactively asked about my needs and patiently recommended local attractions and authentic eateries. They even thoughtfully offered complimentary welcome fruit, and their warm smiles instantly melted away my travel fatigue. As someone who travels by electric vehicle, what I appreciated most were the hotel's charging stations. They were clearly marked, charged quickly, and were easy to use. Charging overnight was a breeze, and parking was convenient, completely eliminating any range anxiety. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding, and you could tell they paid attention to the details. With such warm service, worry-free charging, and excellent value for money, this hotel has definitely made it onto my list of must-stay places for future trips. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent, especially the egg noodles and rice noodles, both of which were delicious. The hygiene was also top-notch. It's just a 10-minute walk to the East Gate (Flag Gate) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There's a small river in front of the hotel with very clear water, perfect for kids to play in. What really touched me was when I lost my room key. I was prepared to pay for it, but the owner said it was fine and I didn't need to compensate them. I was truly moved!

Very nice hotel to stay in Zhangjiajie, rooms are spacious, equipped with coffee machine, ironing, Smart Control lighting and curtains. Breakfast is buffet, needs little improvement but all in all 4/5. Hotel is located very close to Tianmen mountain cable car and bus terminal. By bus you can easily travel to wulingyuan and national park. Recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel with exceptional service . Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and showers are impressively new and comfortable . We had a family room with two king size beds and it was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids . The room also had a great view of the mountains . The restaurant in the hotel was great for dinner , we had dinner there twice during our stay and it was always delicious and good value for price. There were few dogs and cats in the territory, so our kids were entertained. Staff is very polite and helpful. The lady at the reception helped us to secure tickets to the parks for a competitive price and some included transfers from / to hotel . The highlight of our trip was the helicopter ride that hotel helped us to book for 5&10 mins flights over the Zhang Jia Jie city, rivers and mountains.
