Best Kashgar Spa Hotels

Excellent location close to Kashgar ancient city and amenities.room is huge and clean every day.we loved the welcome dance hosted by hotel everyday.it is so enjoyable to watch the pretty xin Xiang girls dance we stay here for 5 days.highly recommended to all who planned to visit Kashgar.it valued for money not so expensive.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

What can I say: awesome place, awesome room, awesome hosts. Alyx is speaks little English but WeChat translate and other translate apps, helps with the English-Chinese barrier. Along with the extremely warm hospitality with his wife who made an effort to make me breakfast before my early 2 day tour at 8 am which is not part of the expenses, made my stay in Kashgar worth wild. With my little Chinese, we exchanged cultural experiences and it was like we were old time friends. He even patiently helped with booking a tour to Lake Karakul and to Tashkurgan, along with getting a border permit (where the tour company was harrassing him for extra info since they never dealt with a foreigner before) and which was unknownly in the Lonely planet guide but under Karakoram Highway section. Thanks for making my stay feel like another home - with friends rather than another business in another city for a female solo traveller.

Environment: The hotel is an old four-star hotel, located in the west city, although the east side is fun, but not far from the electric car is very convenient. The room is not big or small, the windowless room is very stuffy, it is recommended to have a window, the air conditioner does not use the big smoke inside! ! Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, especially the rusty toilet paper box in the bathroom is not as disgusting as not to see it. The toilet is also a bit bad, but fortunately the bath water is still relatively large. Service: At 12 o'clock, I asked if I could stay. I said that it was impossible to stay at 12 o'clock, and the attitude was not very good! I am a person with a bad attitude and a tough attitude! After all, it is a hotel set by a tour group. There are many people and no shortage of guests. You can't eat more eggs with a ticket for breakfast. After eating breakfast, you can watch the guests at the door and the service staff quarreled a few waves. (More children receive meal coupons)

The hotel's parking lot is also a gathering place for individual tourists in Kashgar, making travel convenient. The People's Park next to the hotel has buses No. 2 and No. 28 to Kashgar Airport, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 28 (airport-train station), No. 30, and No. 33 to the railway station, and No. 2, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 30, and No. 33 to the Xiangfei Garden scenic area. The hotel's front desk staff, room cleaning staff, and hotel security are warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The guest rooms are clean and safe to use. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Drinks and snacks are given on the first day of stay. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties to choose from. Of course, there were some regrets during my stay. First, when I took a shower on the first day, dirt kept coming out of the anti-skid mat (there are photos to prove it), so I had to rinse it myself for nearly 40 minutes before I could continue to take a shower. It seems that the anti-skid mat, which is a filthy object, is a dead corner for hygiene. Second, when I went out the next morning, I clearly remembered to put the plug of the mobile phone charger and the charging cable together on the bedside table. When I came back to charge it at night, there was only the charging cable but no plug. I called the front desk but no one answered. I went to the first floor to ask the front desk staff, and the answer was: our cleaners will definitely not take it. You must have put it somewhere randomly and can't remember it. I don't doubt the character and quality of your hotel's cleaners at all, but when I checked in at noon on the first day, I also noticed that when the cleaners cleaned the guest rooms, whether they had checked out or not, the doors were wide open, which does not rule out other possibilities. Besides, it was used the night before. The plug and the charging cable can only be used together. Who would separate the plug and the charging cable and ask for trouble? A plug is not worth much, and there is no need to charge a hotel for it. When you are out, it does cause a nuisance to affect the charging of your phone. Finally, the front desk staff brought me a plug (which was returned to the front desk staff when I checked out on the morning of the 26th). This staff member was the same staff member who checked me in. I was deeply impressed by her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service when I checked in before. I even paid special attention to her work card at that time, but the charging plug incident discounted my impression of her. Overall, it is still a very good hotel worth recommending.
