We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.
Fiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.
Good property and great location to see the city centre of Reading. However it’s in the middle of the bus only roads so highly confusing how to get to car park etc. other properties were noisy in the area overnight.
Family travel choice, the hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the city center, 15 minutes from the train station, you can take the train to and from Bath, Bristol and London every day, the train to London takes 23 minutes, it is a very good hotel apartment. The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities are complete and easy to use. The environment is quiet and suitable for travel. Ricky, the staff, enthusiastically helped us to check in, thank you very much. The hotel is cleaned once a week, please pay attention to this need.
I love the atmosphere and vibe of this hotel. The idea of friendships being formed is lovely, free games to play on site and money off food & drinks is a win.
Super comfortable bed, great shower and rooms aren’t small either. You get more than most here.

Very nice clean hotel would definitely stay there again. It was also nice getting a free upgrade on the room. Witch had kettle, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was like your own flat. Only down side to it was the shower was pretty crap. But you can put up with it for few nights.
The location is convenient and the room is neat and clean! It is after Trip.compaymentyou have to contact the hotel yourself to providea copy of your certificate, and then submit a deposit of 150 pounds, and then the hotel will give you the check-in guide! In the whole process, I called 4 or 5 times, and it was not until more than an hour before check-in that I had to call again to urge me to send me the check-in guide! I have booked so many hotels on Trip.com, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation! Although the room was nice! but never stay again
Eveyrbtinh is great apart from the fact that the hotel carpark is only available after 6pm. Lucky I got a space at the meter in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest carpark is another 10-15 min walk. Everything else is great.

GGuest UserIt’s fantastic location and very easy access to restaurants.
The room is a bit old. A bit dusty and I found two hairs in the duvet and one towel. A bit annoyed.
Strangely I was waken up both days, one by the cleaner at 9:20 am (I opened the door and asked if he can come back later but he suggested he will finish by 1 pm - and assume I will just leave the room with my pyjamas and let him clean) and the second day a wake up call at 6 am to my room which I didn’t request one.
It caught me a bit by surprise, considering it should be one of the better hotels.
OOllieSmithFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).
JJao L.The rooms are decent. The design is quite a bit old but it is functional and clean. AC is cold, that's a plus. Hair drier is a plus!! For me, that is!😅 What's amazing is the service is excellent. The staff were so nice! And kids under 12 eat for free (buffet)..no matter if it's breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed our stay here for an affordable price!
AAnonymous UserIn general, everything is good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor, and I can hear the conversation in the next room clearly. I also don't understand why there is a connecting door with the next room, which scared me at first. But overall it's pretty good
PPRAWIN21Thanks Jakub and Aliston for great check in experience! The hotel was very clean and well maintained! Easy drive, Quiet and comfortable! Highly recommended !
GGuest UserHave stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation.
One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.
SStephenWe upgraded to a superior executive room which was really comfortable. Perfect location for discovering the best Windsor has to offer. Great food and a perfect terrace overlooking the Thames. We'll be back.

IIrene YipI have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. Friendly staff, nice food, lots of parking space, electric charging point. They even supply toothbrush toothpaste comb etc if needed.
