Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa

I stayed 7 nights in October, the room was super clean, the towels and water are changed every day and coffee every day. Everything is very organized and the staff very friendly. In the resort you have many activities, sauna, gym, Karaoke in the hotel bar it was wonderful ☺️We walked to the nearest town Kiopigi where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and many other shops. We will definitely go back

Absolutely lovely hotel right on the beach with a huge pool area with loads of sunbeds and seating for everyone. The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them, Vangelis, Maria & Georgia were the highlight of the main dining room which was spotlessly clean with a lovely assortment of dishes for breakfast and evening meal. The waiters/waitresses always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious with lovely bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable as well. The beach was about 5 mins walk from the main hotel with drinks on hand served by really cheerful waiters & waitresses. The spa area was a delight with an indoor swimming pool free to use should the weather take a turn. All in all we couldn’t fault this hotel and will be booking for next year. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The service from the staff was impeccable – they attended to every request we had with promptness, politeness, and a friendly attitude. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Our room was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea, making our stay even more memorable. The desserts were simply superb and the turquoise beach right outside was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Rated as a 5 ☆ it isn't. The beach and pools are 5☆, the rooms are 3☆ and the buffet area is a 3/4☆. There is alot of noise at night from all the doors in the rooms. They are self close but are very loud. We were on the top floor and we could hear all of our floor and the floor below. We watched French cartoons as there was no English channels until 9pm. It had russian, german, frech and greek but no english. It also wasn't a smart TV. There is no smoking areas. We were constantly surrounded by smokers whilst on the beach. Prosecci on arrival was lovely, the staff where very nice. During food in the evening, you get sat down by welcoming staff and somehow you get lost and end up not being served/asked if you would like a drink. We went 3 nights drinking water which we served our selves as the servers never asked. The food is OK. Simple selection. There is nothing around. 35 minut3 walk to one town, can't walk to the other but €6 taxi. Under the palm bar in the hotel was great. Between 6.30 and 7.30 it's hapoy hour. 2 rum and cokes for €9. Bargin! The spa is lovely. The hapoy hour massage, highly recommend. We would go again but don't expect it to be 5☆. Is a 3/4☆ at best. Kassandra palace, please do something about the noisy doors! The only quiet time was between 1am and 5am. (This was through being ill and not being able to sleep). Also, please get some English channels on the TV.

From the moment we arrived at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort, we knew we were in for a treat. This was our first time visiting Greece, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to relax and unwind. We opted for a half-board option and stayed in a double room with a balcony that boasted stunning sea views. The room was comfortable, and the outdoor areas of the resort are simply spectacular. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoyed sipping on delicious cocktails from the bars—each one better than the last! The beach was pristine, and we were thrilled to indulge in a 60-minute couples spa treatment that was simply heavenly. The overall atmosphere of the resort is incredibly inviting and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every meal we had was a delight, with breakfast and dinner offering a myriad of choices. The dinner menu changed daily, featuring a fantastic selection of dishes and delectable desserts that left us wanting more. Huge thanks to Ms. Despina, the Guest Relations Manager, for her warm welcome and outstanding communication prior to our arrival. She helped us organize a luxurious spa experience that included a jacuzzi filled with rose petals, prosecco, and a beautiful fruit platter, which truly elevated our stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the restaurant staff, especially Maria, Vangelis, Georgia, and Sotiria (forgive me if I spelled names incorrectly!), who were exceptionally attentive. A special mention goes to the two wonderful ladies at the spa whose names I unfortunately forgot—thank you for making our treatments so relaxing! One of our favourite spots to unwind was the hammock area—an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The housekeeping team ensured our room was always spotless and provided complimentary water, which was a nice touch. If I had to mention a small area for improvement, it would be the bathroom. The bathtub was quite tiny and lacked curtains, making it a bit tricky to shower without making a mess. A walk-in shower with a nice showerhead would be the perfect addition. Overall, our experience at Kassandra Palace was outstanding, and we cannot wait to return next year for another unforgettable vacation. Thank you for everything! Warm regards, Josip and Jamela

Wow we just arrived yesterday and have been completely blown away by the beauty, service, comfort & location. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew how well we’d chosen and what a fantastic place this is. I would go as far as to say it’s the nicest hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure & fortunate of staying in. The reception staff were so kind & welcoming & we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco. We had booked two rooms and we were told upon arrival that as the hotel is full unfortunately they did not have two rooms available that were close to each other and so they went completely above & beyond and offered us a free upgrade to two suites that were next to one another which are amazing & so large & comfortable comprising of a bedroom, bathroom with bath & separate shower, kitchenette, a lounge are with an l shape sofa of two single beds which could easily accommodate two more people & a big balcony / porch with table chairs & two sun loungers. We couldn’t have been more thrilled. The grounds are gorgeous. Though it is apparently at full capacity & massive it doesn’t feel crowded or busy. So many comfortable sun loungers & bean bags by the pools one of which is almost Olympic sized & a very relaxing hammock area. And that’s not even to mention that it has a large private beach with crystal clear & calm waters, a bit rocky, soft pebbly sand & again many comfy loungers including umbrellas for shade if you want it. The temperature is perfect at this time of year around 30 degrees & cools down a touch to around 27 in the evenings. Though drinks are a little pricey in the hotel, we treated ourselves to cocktails for 10 euros & they were a very good size, strong & delicious. There are many excursions we are looking forward to such as the blue lagoon & meteorora, mountains & archeological natural heritage sites & definitely going to go snorkelling & scuba diving too. We are very excited for breakfast which is available until 11am which is perfect if you wish to ride later though I’m up at 7.30 as I want to make the most of the day. The nearby town has options for food and drink & supermarkets & is less than a 5min drive. We rented a car which I would recommend to be able to explore & also getting to & from Thessaloniki airport which is an hour’s very straightforward drive. We could not be happier & I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Huge thanks to the team for making our holiday so special & one to remember. This is just right for a relaxing, luxurious & peaceful break. There are also plenty of activities & themed nights on offer at the resort & can’t wait to try the gym & spa! It’s maybe not ideal for big party goers but there are a few cocktail bars & kareoke.
