"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this place. After arriving and seeing the actual condition of the place, I was very shocked. The property was not clean as shown in the pictures, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and somewhat creepy. It was completely different from what was advertised online. Because of this, I decided to cancel my stay immediately. In addition, the elderly man at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. His attitude was unacceptable and made the situation even worse. I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve both the cleanliness and customer service standards to avoid misleading and disappointing future guests."

"Our villa was lovely and spotlessly clean. It was cool and spacious. The pool area was pretty and the restaurant food excellent with plenty of choice. All the staff were very courteous and cheerful. We really enjoyed our two day break here as we were tired from our travels and welcomed some relaxation. The only down sides were that the ‘beach’ was not really a beach… more a shingle area with a pier. We would also have like the hotel to provide a little more information about the local area and things to do/visit . Overall though, a great place for a bit of R and R."

"I am writing this as a friendly warning for anyone considering Kep Bungalow. The receptionist, an older man, was extremely rude from the moment we arrived, and the hotel itself is nothing like the photos online. The water did not work, the place was very dirty, and honestly a rat den would be cleaner. The pool was dark green like a swamp, and if you swim in it you will probably melt or grow a second head. The bed and furniture were old and made loud noises, the mattress and pillows looked and smelled so dirty that you will want to run away, and even the kettle was growing mold inside. This place should not even be on any booking site and even if it were free I would not stay here again."
