DDean Toone2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.
JJonesPeaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom.
GGuest UserWe had wonderful experience here with our two little kids! Nice pool, nice environment. It felt like a total immersion in nature surrounded by the well arranged trees, plants and flowers. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Hotel manager was very helpful with providing tourism advice and bookings. If we ever come back to Kep, we’ll for sure stay at Tara!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very pleasant and well located. The swimming pool is very pleasant, good little dej, resto à la carte limitée mais délicieux et le parc est beau. Le personnel est aussi serviceable que efficient, c'est un vrai plaisir de venir ! Bathrooms would deserve refreshment, it's sometimes a little vete (it won't stop us from returning, the price-quality ratio is excellent)
GGuest UserValue for money. Conveniently located. Large swimming pool. Adequate owners. Delicious restaurant. The sea is not suitable for swimming, but across the sea you are in Thailand.
SSergei MozolevExcellent bungalow hotel. We had a separate, spacious house with a terrace. The room and shower room are large and comfortable, the mattress on the bed is comfortable. A whole bunch of pillows. Gorgeous pool overlooking Kep National Park. There are a lot of green spaces on the territory. Fruit trees that constantly drop mangoes. The owner of the hotel, a sociable person, answered all questions and organized a transfer to Ha Tien. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 11 a.m. without additional waiting and payment. We planned for one night, but liked the hotel so much that we stayed for more. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious. There is a large villa for rent on the territory. The market prepares live seafood 10 minutes away. 1 kg of large shrimp 7 bucks, be sure to try the crabs.
GGuest UserThe manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!
GGuest UserThe hotel and the room are half old, there is a garden holiday, there is breakfast, the staff is warm, about 10 minutes drive to the beach attractions, there is no restaurant nearby to go to the beach restaurant to eat.
Llove is.....I chose this hotel because it was cheap, so I didn't have high expectations, but there were many inconveniences in many ways. However, considering the price of the accommodation, I can understand everything. Considering the price of the accommodation, I think I will use it again next time.
