"This was a nice surprise. The location was awesome and accessible to everything that I did over the few days. I was there the hammocks the beach, the pool, the paddle boards, kayaks everything made it well worth staying. The staff were friendly.. parking was abundant. And even though it was on route one, it was set off the road and quiet."

"The resort is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. However, there were a few things that I expected to have in this type of beach resort. First, as a beach hotel, the bathing suits are often wet and sandy, so I expected to have a place in the room to wash and hang the clothes to dry the next day. Second, the hotel does not offer a cafeteria for an afternoon coffee, and I would appreciate it if there were a coffee shop or café inside. Third, when going with kids, I would expect the kids' activities to be at the beach, where all the families are hanging out. The grass area should be used for a playground, etc. Fourth, I missed having a kitchenette in the room. It would have been helpful to have a fridge and a microwave. We did have a great time and would go back for another vacation."

A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants.
It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.
The ammenties at Kawama are plenty to enjoy your vacation. Lighted tennis courts, a full kidddie playground, a private sandy beach with tikki huts, beach chairs and grills to throw burgers and ribs 😋, 24 hour security, a fresh salt water lagoon with a sandy area, two heated pools available for the villa guests, tennis courts and a convenienty located onsite marina with oceanfront access and a free boat ramp. Bring your boat to Kawama with a $300k insurance per our HOA regulations written under the main renter's name or rent one locally. Our marina offers all sizes of slips. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.
