Guest UserLovely location and very clean rooms in an idyllic setting. Staff were friendly. Dolphin event which was free for residents was a bonus. Checking in and out procedures were quick and easy. Only stayed one night but unsure if amenities on site would suffice for a longer stay

BarcelonaFor one night stay, the hotel is very close to the diving park. When the check-in was left, the landlord stayed on the door. The surrounding environment is good. It is too late to check out.

This was a nice surprise. The location was awesome and accessible to everything that I did over the few days. I was there the hammocks the beach, the pool, the paddle boards, kayaks everything made it well worth staying. The staff were friendly.. parking was abundant. And even though it was on route one, it was set off the road and quiet.

The seaside environment is good, you can see the little squirrels running all over the ground. The room is too small, the facilities are very simple, and there are too many mosquitoes to bite a big bag.

Basic, but comfortable and clean. Air con works a treat but is noisy. Didn’t bother us but just in case it would be a deal breaker for other people. Staff helpful and friendly. Sea warm and about 30s walk from our room.
Would definitely stay again if I was ever in the Keys again.

Guest UserWe stayed for 2 night which was not enough! The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern with a view over Hammock beach. Delicious buffet breakfast at Calusa... We ate lunch at Dry Rocks... delicious fresh salads, Tacos etc. The staff were very accommodating..
We loved both beaches... coconut beach had lots of sun beds, lots of shade and the sea was lovely and warm. We did paddle board, kayaking and loved it!!
Perfect for couples, families etc...
Great hotel. Can’t wait to go back.

It can be said that this is a good hotel, although the facilities are old. Perhaps due to its superior location in Key Largo and the large number of guests who come to stay all year round, there is no time for renovation and upgrading??? But in any case, it should be repaired and upgraded!

The front desk had a very bad attitude. I felt that I was discriminated against by the front desk. It was a very bad check-in experience. The front desk lady arranged a room next to the noisiest restaurant, and I was woken up at 7am. I asked them to change it last night, but the front desk said that Ctrip arranged this location. I don't know whether the location of Ctrip booking was originally very bad, or the front desk discriminated against me... The key is that they didn't change the room.

Excellent location being on the water and close to everything from food and liquor shopping to have a restaurant with tiki boats to rent right next door, the fish house 2.5 miles away. Service was great from the office with TJ to have a good coffee machine in the office and 2 bottles of water in the room. This is my third time and always leave with nice memories.

Es ist ein schöner Ort abseits des Trubel. Man fühlt sich wohl. Frühstück ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt leider zu dürftig.
Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage.
Leider überzeugte das in der Nähe befindliche, hotelunabhängige und einzige Restaurant „Snappers“ lediglich durch Arroganz, Hektik und Unfreundlichkeit.
