Maybe some provide napkins, also clean up the spider webs. WiFi connection and speed is poor. Staffs are nice and polite. Decent for the price

Very clean, room was spacious and it has great aircon and bathroom facilities

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and provides good service. I will come to use the service next time and will invite friends to use the service here as well.

Place is ok , service average . I guess the price you pay is what you get . For a night stay it’s average .

Amazing service

Overall this property did not meet our expectations. We waited 15-20 mins for a staff to come down to check us in, and then the check in process was slow in general (though the staff member was very lovely, not her fault!). The room smelled musty/of smoke. We could hear the person in the next room snoring all night and people above us walking around. Overall would not recommend.

Keysborough was very close to the Springer's Leisure Center where I was participating in an event

The hotel has a very good location and nice customer service ,and huge free parking available 👍

I love the idea that you walk out of your room and in less than a minute you’re relaxing in a Sports Bar, with a great choice of beverages and fantastic meal options (rump steak was cooked to perfection)

more signage to the entry to the bistro from room or perhaps a map , no shampoo only conditioner

Dining was so convenient to accomodation and off street parking is a bonus.

Staff were great and had a comfy nights sleep. Bathroom could do with a refresh

It is an excellent one night stay place. Clean, modern, spacious room. A little bit noisy outside but I will go back again if I will be in the area.
