Qibla Tozabog
"Good room, great buffet breakfast, swimming pool, unfortunately the wifi did not work most of the time which was inconvenient"
Arkanchi Hotel
"Excellent location to explore old town. Great staffs, good breakfast and fabulous hotel and very comfortable bed. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks"
Isakhoja Hotel
"This hotel offers views of the old town, and you can even go up to the rooftop to photograph all that incredible beauty. The room itself is clean, new, and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was kind and friendly. His colleague recommended a nearby teahouse, and we didn't regret it at all. The location is such that you can sit on the shared balcony, have a drink, and watch people and the fortress. On the downside, the room was a bit too dark for us, with not much light. The window faces the staircase, and a couple of times we saw people there, meaning if you walk out of the shower naked, you might run into someone's gaze. Breakfast was just average."
GRAND VIZIR
"Pleasant hotel with good management, offering a good breakfast. There is a delightful roof terrace to watch the Sun go down. It is close to main sites to see. It offers good value for the money spent. "
Khans Palace
"This hotel is located inside the South Gate of the Old City, just a 3-minute walk from the 'dumpy' minaret (which is on the main east-west road). It's very convenient for getting around. The room is spacious enough, though the bathroom is a bit small. It's clean, and toiletries are provided. The towels and sheets are all white and spotless. The front desk staff are professional. The food is decent, enough to fill you up. The surrounding area is quiet."
Ulli Oy Boutique Hotel & Terrace
"A very nice guesthouse in the heart of the ancient city. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are small but have everything you need, they're clean, the water is hot, the beds are comfortable, and the service is excellent – they're happy to help with any questions. We loved it and highly recommend it!"
Khiva Residence Hotel
"Very nice personnel, big rooms , an ok gym"
Farovon Khiva Hotel
"Huge hotel, with lots atractions. Unfortynately long way from old town, you have to take a cab. Very nice staff. Good food at breakfast. Close to the market."
Zukhro Boutique Hotel
"Very cozy place in the hart of the ancient city, with a terrase where you have nice overview on the city. Good to come here at the night. Good and kind reception. Interesting decourations of the hotel, also inside of the rooms. Bathrooms in each room."

Hotel Khiva Palace
"This hotel is deplorable. There's no water to wash with, neither in the evening nor the morning, the pool is empty, the rooms are dirty, the beds aren't made, the trash isn't emptied, the breakfast is mediocre, and the staff are unresponsive and lazy. My advice: don't go there."
Asia Khiva
"A solid 4 star stay in a great location, just outside the South Gate. No old city entrance tickets though are sold there during the day; so you have to walk around to the West Gate; even if on a tour. The hotel has multiple blocks and is quite spread out. Professional and efficient check in for our Adventures Abroad tour group. A large, well set up, std room. All very clean. Wi-fi worked well in the room. The usual for UZB very firm mattress and firm pillows; which we find very pleasing. Also typical is the shower over the bath with thus a high step over edge. Minimal hot water at times though. The room safe in room #129 was not securely attached; so we did not use it. Why supply it if it cannot be better managed for international travelers? The room window could be opened but being on the ground floor, we closed it when out of the room. There was an efficient, split air con system. Breakfast was only fair with very minimal fruit still available by 8 am but various kinds of machine made coffee could be ordered as part of the stay rate. Our shower curtain rail kept falling down. Thin and scratchy towels. Our king sized bed only had a queen sized quilt, which was just too small."
Muso to'ra
"We stayed for four nights in this homely, family-run hotel. It is located within the walls of Old Khiva so very convenient for visiting Ichon Qala. The staff were great, so helpful and courteous. The ensuite rooms were large enough and of a good standard. The same could be said of the breakfast! All fresh with a good range of hot and cold food. You could eat in the dining room or outside under an awning in the beautiful inner courtyard. An enjoyable stay and can recommend staying here."
Annex Hotel Khiva
"Although it was a little far from the tourist center, the host was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options."
Anor Qal'a
"The hotel is a bit hidden but still central. A 5-minute walk takes you inside the city walls. Very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but functional. The bathrooms could be a little more clean. Good breakfast."
Hotel Bankir Khiva
"We booked two rooms at the same time; please see the previous comment."
Hotel Kuvonchoy Bonu
"Really excellent hotel. Highly recommend excellent people running the place helpful and attentive. Great location and very clean. Would love to come back to stay again. Place looks even better in person."
Saroy Khiva
"The friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all. Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner."
Hotel Euro Asia Khiva in Ichan Qala
"This hotel is NOT suitable for tourists who expect some comfort. The beds and pillows are very hard so I didn’t sleep. Missing or broken items in the rooms. Poor breakfast. There didn’t seem to be any other tourists staying there. So bad that we moved hotels after one night. Not to be confused with Hotel Asia. It is in a great location right in the old town, staff are helpful and it is inexpensive."
Darvaza Boutique Hotel Khiva
"It's right next to the main entrance of Khiva Old Town, which is super convenient. The shower and air conditioning facilities are quite modern, and the rooms are very clean. The courtyard is charming, and the staff are all very nice. Highly recommended!"
Twins Hotel Khiva
"The property is located in the historic city center. The terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the minarets and historic walls. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast room is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a wide selection of international and Uzbek dishes. The breakfast is also suitable for celiacs."
