"The owner is Malaysian, so English is very easy to communicate with. The entire staff is very service-oriented and will proactively help with luggage up and down stairs. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with a different menu every day. Although the hotel is located near residential areas, it's very close to the old town and conveniently located within walking distance. The local residents are also very friendly. It's a great accommodation choice."

Guest UserIt's right next to the main entrance of Khiva Old Town, which is super convenient. The shower and air conditioning facilities are quite modern, and the rooms are very clean. The courtyard is charming, and the staff are all very nice. Highly recommended!

Located in the old city of Khiva, it's not far from the main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. We stayed for two consecutive nights and have already recommended it to friends.
