Location very good but hotel look old. Staffs good service. Security and reception services was understand and acknowledged costumers concerns. I got to see cockroach in the room. Staff help full to changed my room for my family.

Was a decent stay. For the price you pay you definitely get your monies worth that’s for sure. Decent sized room. Only thing I would say negative is the tv is very old and in the pics and description it stated flat screen tv. Apart from that the place was great. They’ve also got a good restaurant inside with great value and great tasting food too

I booking this place for a second time and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a prime location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel is nice and well decorated. The room was nice and comfortable. The only things negative of the room were no extractor fan in the toilet, strange marks left from the previous guest on the wall. Also the poor breakfast for 250 in front of a not well maintained swimming pool deserves a bad point, very bad coffee and not many meat choices. Before leave we discovered that we can have an egg on the pan.. But nobody of the staff told us.

My first stay in the hotel was quite fantastic 😍, friendly staff, breakfast was really nice with the wonderful view from the 27th FL window and especially the view of KK from Skywalk was unbelievable. I will come back to stay here for my next trip.

The building is old but the room is clean with cheap price. Has hot water and cold AC room. The room was cleaned daily and they add drinking water bottle the room cleaned. The staffs can speak in English. The location is easy to access. Can come from airport using citybus and the bus stop near the place. Near food sellers, coffee shops, Khon Kaen walking street.

Lovely hotel. We enjoy swimming in the nice pool. Location was very convenient due to the local market is near of it.

Very good, cozy, and clean room. Very impress on everything: location, service, security, etc. Suggest everyone who visits Khonkaen to stay here. The price is also affordable. 👍👍👍👍

Main thing is very close to the railway train station. Also The Wall artist street, where you can enjoy food, coffee and arts. Building is old, but for the price, and just day stay, it is ok.
