The room was okay, but the TV didn't work. The air conditioning was good, but the linens didn't feel very clean; there was a lot of dust. I was sneezing all day in the room.

The room is very good, spacious, the sink is big, I like it very much. There is no elevator but it is not that much of a problem. Located in the city, suitable for traveling. I forgot something and the staff was very helpful. I was very lucky to find this hotel when it was fully booked.

The TV is very difficult to turn on, won't turn on, won't turn on at all. The TV remote was so broken that it was tied with a rubber band. The air conditioner remote is broken. The room was not soundproof. There was no notice in advance that a 500 baht key deposit was required, but when checking out, the 500 baht was deducted. The sheets are stained, the pillowcases are stained, and the room is dirty. The doorknob has no security. There was no hot water kettle, not even a single packet of coffee. The counter staff in the evening doesn't speak well.

The rooms are not very clean, there are only 2 power outlets, which is not a convenient point. The towels were stained from the first time I entered the room. But I didn't take pictures as evidence. Was charged a 500 baht deposit for the key before entering the room, and there was no advance notice on the page or the booking page. There was no kettle. There wasn't even a packet of coffee. Electrical plug but refused to repair or replace it. I have stayed in many places and have never had an experience like this. Usually he just comes to check that the equipment is complete and that's it. I don't have any. I came to check to see if my friend over there was stained here.

The room I stayed in was in fair condition. There are a lot of cobwebs. The lights weren't bright at all and I felt blurry and dizzy. The tile was broken at the foot of the bed. And the important thing is that when booking a different type of room, you can't get another type of room as reserved in the app. The staff said the room was full so they refused to let us sleep in a different room even though the app was open for reservations. Very bad, sorry. I won't go to this hotel again. The price is cheap, but the condition of the room in which you sleep is very bad, forcing you to sleep.
