Four Points by Sheraton Kinshasa
"I had an amazing experience thanks to Ben Ling Housekeeping Executive. He was incredibly helpful every single day and always made sure I was comfortable and in a good situation. His professionalism, kindness, and constant support really made my stay special. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and genuine care he showed. Highly recommended!"
Ixoras Hotel Lemba
"After talking on WhatsApp and getting the booking confirmed, I set a schedule and arrived at the hotel after a traffic jam that lasted more than 2 hours from the city center. They told me there were no rooms available with various excuses. Everyone, including the receptionist, apologized. Even though I called the company manager several times, he did not come out of his room to give an explanation. It has happened that they sell rooms by the hour and make you wait at the reception for 3 hours. This is a disrespectful company that does not respect institutionalism and does not respect business ethics."
Hilton Kinshasa
"Everything was excellent"
Golden Tulip Kin-Oasis Kinshasa
"I had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Kin Oasis. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well located. What made the experience truly special was the professionalism and kindness of the entire team, always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the high level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay. The hotel is brand new and very luxury I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Kinshasa, and I will definitely come back again."

Fleuve Congo Hotel by Blazon Hotels
"I’m more than happy for having stayed again at the fleuve congo hotel this month as I loved how nice the staff welcomed me especially on the day I have arrived yo their hotel. I have got picked up at the airport and the driver was on time and even waited for me as my flight was a bit delayed. It was my second time going there as I went there during summer 2017. Thank you so much for everything. Kudos to Moatz, Blaise for taking good care or me. Sandrine, Canada"
Aqua Inn Hotel
"Substandard service. No room key available, rats in the false ceiling, one towel for two, Wi-Fi not working, the receptionist doesn't give you the correct cash, basic breakfast without hot water for coffee, unfriendly staff, broken bedside lamp, expensive restaurant with wrong delivery, no mosquito nets on the windows. Prices out of proportion with disastrous service."
Hotel Golf Coast
"The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the city of Kinshasa."

Hotel Stella
"Stella used to be a good hotel but recently the service has been lacking; we hope it innovates and gets back on track."
Hotel Eden 24 Novembre
La Trezième
"Very disappointed, there are bedbugs in addition to the 24/7 noise because of their terrace and also the marquee installed outside by the municipality as a party room..."
Beatrice Hotel
"My stay as a guest was perfect. What prompted me to write this review was the outstanding service of one particular staff at the reception, named Dani. I really wanted to find a way to say that thanks to him, I received the most outstanding reception service of all my stays in Kinshasa. The hotel management should acknowledge this. The Organization of the conference could have been perfect if more preparation before the conference could have been agreed upon. Despite of this, during the conference, service was very good and the food was really really good. I’ll be back."
Pullman Kinshasa Grand Hotel
"A friendly and well utilised hotel with some nice specials. Good quality for reasonable price"
