The hotel is centrally located in the Ortigas business district, directly connected to a mall, with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers nearby, making daily life incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep, and the overall soundproofing was good. Rooms on higher floors also offer stunning views of the Manila cityscape, with the night view being particularly beautiful. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, making it very convenient for both short business trips and longer stays. The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring both local Filipino specialties and an international buffet, with consistently good quality. The staff were warm and professional, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out."

"Ive been to many hotel in ortigas for business trip, and i feel citadines is good but overrated for the stars in trip. The receptionists mainly overnight receptionists are very kind and nimble though. They have stove, microwave and utensils, thats best. You cant use hotel slipper in restaurant i think for most hotel in ph but here they very strict for this one, i cant enter made me back to upstairs. Food was delicious but not so variative."
