First floor is very spacious with a ton of room for games, as well as 30 foot private beach just for the residence which has steps on the dock for lake entry. Lake does have algae which is normal for fresh lakes. You will come across fish and baby turtles that swim close to shore! The master bedroom and bunk bedroom has a shared ceiling.
