"Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this hotel, but I can only give it 4 stars, and here's why: What I liked: The breakfast was excellent, with Shin Ramyun, plenty of vegetables, and soups with frequently changing flavors. The gym definitely deserves 100 points. The pool was just okay; it was too short at only 15 meters, and the water was a bit cold – it was freezing the first time I went, but got a bit better later. There's a sauna, but the steam room had an odd smell. What I didn't like: 1. **Soundproofing:** It was poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor snoring at night. I stayed in a family suite for a while, and theoretically, with the higher price, the location should be better, but all the family suites were next to the stairs. I couldn't sleep at all the first night because people were walking up and down the stairs all night. It got a bit better when I moved to a higher floor. However, the refrigerator in the suite's living room was very noisy; I had to unplug it every night. Interestingly, the fridge in the standard room I moved to later had no noise. 2. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning can be described as very perfunctory. Hairs on the floor were often left uncleared, they frequently forgot to provide coffee, occasionally forgot water, and sometimes even towels. One weekend, I personally saw a cleaner finish cleaning a room in just one minute."

"Good hotel. My main complaint is that I got the smallest room; it was fine for one person to spend the night, but it wouldn't be very comfortable for two. Also, it's quite a distance to the metro if you plan on using it (I took taxis). Within walking distance, there's the popular Beshqozon restaurant, where you can try various types of pilaf. The staff were good and responsive. My only major disappointment is that for some reason, they didn't tell me I'd left items in my room, even though I didn't leave the hotel immediately. I left my suitcase at storage and returned a couple of hours later."
