The entire experience was awful, completely subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I strongly advise fellow Chinese travelers to avoid staying here.
1. There's a complete lack of service awareness, and the facilities are old and dilapidated. The front desk staff were cold towards Chinese guests and impatient during communication. On the first day of my stay, I discovered the bedside lamp was broken; both switches were faulty, making it impossible to turn off, so I had to sleep with the main light on. Even the master switch for the room was broken, preventing me from turning off the lights.
I reported the issue to the front desk, but it took three attempts before any effective solution was provided. It wasn't until 5:30 AM Beijing time that an electrician finally arrived to temporarily remove the light bulb. The hotel promised it would be fixed the next day, but no one came to repair it, the switch was still faulty, and the lights remained unusable. My stay experience was extremely poor.
2. The bathroom facilities were old and worn out. The floor had no anti-slip measures whatsoever. I accidentally slipped and fell heavily while showering, scraping my back on the doorstopper and sustaining an injury. This hotel poses serious safety hazards.
3. I demanded compensation and an apology from the hotel, but received no response. The final 'solution' offered was a complimentary dinner on a future stay. Why would I ever stay a second time at such a terrible hotel?
Paying to stay somewhere should be relaxing and reassuring, but this hotel had a perfunctory attitude, failed to repair broken facilities, and presented numerous safety risks. The whole experience was terrible and a complete nightmare. I will absolutely not stay again, and I urge fellow travelers to carefully avoid this place.
