The lobby is quite plain, but the room decor is very retro and traditional, with a strong sense of sophistication. The water pressure in the shower is great and invigorating, but don't let it hit your face—it feels like your face is going to fall off! The elevator was broken, and going up and down felt a bit like a drop tower ride.

The entire experience was awful, completely subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I strongly advise fellow Chinese travelers to avoid staying here. 1. There's a complete lack of service awareness, and the facilities are old and dilapidated. The front desk staff were cold towards Chinese guests and impatient during communication. On the first day of my stay, I discovered the bedside lamp was broken; both switches were faulty, making it impossible to turn off, so I had to sleep with the main light on. Even the master switch for the room was broken, preventing me from turning off the lights. I reported the issue to the front desk, but it took three attempts before any effective solution was provided. It wasn't until 5:30 AM Beijing time that an electrician finally arrived to temporarily remove the light bulb. The hotel promised it would be fixed the next day, but no one came to repair it, the switch was still faulty, and the lights remained unusable. My stay experience was extremely poor. 2. The bathroom facilities were old and worn out. The floor had no anti-slip measures whatsoever. I accidentally slipped and fell heavily while showering, scraping my back on the doorstopper and sustaining an injury. This hotel poses serious safety hazards. 3. I demanded compensation and an apology from the hotel, but received no response. The final 'solution' offered was a complimentary dinner on a future stay. Why would I ever stay a second time at such a terrible hotel? Paying to stay somewhere should be relaxing and reassuring, but this hotel had a perfunctory attitude, failed to repair broken facilities, and presented numerous safety risks. The whole experience was terrible and a complete nightmare. I will absolutely not stay again, and I urge fellow travelers to carefully avoid this place.

Good, but not a best. The location is great, and the breakfast is good. The room is spacious and the atmosphere is good. But the elevator is only operating 2 out of 4 and the connection is not fast. I was embarrassed because the front desk staff was awkward. The hotel C.I. that felt like the old Soviet style was interesting and the building had a Soviet feel. But the staff should be kinder. It's awkward.

Overall, it's pretty good. The best part is its excellent central location, which makes everything convenient. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated. If you don't mind that, then there aren't really any other downsides.

A wonderful hotel with spacious, bright lobby and decor of traditional Uzbeks, mosaics and colors, which we love. Room is good size and again the prints on the wall, the curtain, all has that local touch ! The only disappointment was, the safe box didnt work, no mini fridge though the description says so. The reception got us a new room, but it was not good as well. The room doesnt look guests ready and air cond wasnt working. And the next day, there was water disruption and no notice was given. Lastly, you can skip breakfast, it wasnt good either.

First off, the in-room Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve, hoping to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the CCTV4 signal was poor and then cut out completely. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it was a bit cold and not particularly tasty. However, the staff member there was quite enthusiastic. There's an ATM in the lobby for cash withdrawals, which accepts Visa, but UnionPay cards didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and the Uzbekistan Hotel. When we checked out, an older gentleman was charmingly playing the piano in the lobby bar, all smiles~

I am writing to share a wonderful hotel for foreign tourists. Delicious oriental-style breakfasts, clean and comfortable hotel rooms. 👍 A hotel in the heart of the city, everything is close 🇺🇿 Great staff, free spa and hot pool, delicious cocktails at the bar and a cheerful bartender. The staff speaks English and learns many other languages. 👏👏👏👏Clean gym with excellent equipment, responsive staff in the gym and spa. 👍👍👍Well done 💪

Overall, it's pretty good. Of course, it's not premium or luxurious, but I stay here every time I'm on a business trip because it feels very familiar, quiet, and the staff are nice. I've gotten to know most of them, and every time I come to Tashkent and check into this hotel, I even get a subtle sense of belonging. I'll post some photos of the surrounding park; I didn't really take many pictures of the hotel itself.

Excellent hotel. The hygiene was good, and the breakfast was plentiful. The elevator also worked fine, contrary to some reviews saying it was unreliable.
