the room is huge for our family of 3! love it and there is hot spring bath, although is a distance away from the hotel, is worth going for it to detox. the hotel surroundings were great photo spots too, highly recommended.

Amazing

The hotel is in a great location, on a hillside by the sea. The room overlooks the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Awaji Island across the street. It only takes about five minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel is relatively old but the facilities are good. It is suitable for vacation and leisure

Exit Maiko Station and follow the signs all the way.
The sea view room I booked can see the Akashi Bridge at sunset.
There are many people fishing and running in the morning. It is quiet and calm.
I will make a reservation next time. Remember to make a reservation for the restaurant on the 14th floor.
I hope I can have a chance to run on the Maiko beach in the future.

Very Good
Posted on Apr 21, 2025
The hotel is a bit historic, but it is large in scale, with first-class views. You can clearly see the Akashi Bridge, there is enough parking space, it is located on a hill, it is convenient for self-driving, and the breakfast is good.

The hotel room is relatively large, comfortable, and has a good environment. You can directly see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and the beach, and the scenery is good. The transportation is relatively convenient, and it is just a short walk from Maiko Station.

I was looking for a place to stay on my way from Kurashiki to Naruto Whirlpools and Awaji Island, but there wasn't anything that really stood out on Awaji Island. I went a little further and found a great hotel just across the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge! I could see the bridge from my ocean view room, and with Maiko Park below, the view was amazing. As you'd expect from a four-star hotel, it exudes luxury. The rooms and facilities were also well-maintained, so I have nothing to complain about.
If I had to say one thing, it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't use the large public bath because the annex was under repair, but I'll look forward to it next time.

Great

One night for sightseeing. It's a bit of a walk from Maiko Station. The hotel is on a hill, but it was easy to get up there with the elevator. The room had an ocean view. You could see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Awaji Island. It was great to be able to see both the sunset and the illuminations. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again.

The transportation is convenient, the heart-shaped melting tank is romantic, there is a supermarket nearby, there are a variety of fruits, snacks, and lunch boxes to choose from. There is a small shop in the hotel with good desserts.
