This was the most pleasant surprise among all the hotels I stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious, with a beautiful sea view outside the window, and the breakfast was both plentiful and delicious. The public bath was perfect! The shower booths inside were so luxurious! And the men's sauna was also unexpectedly great, featuring two cold plunge pools with different temperatures. The 9-degree one even had a big red button, and pressing it would unleash a refreshing splash of ice-cold water from above – incredibly invigorating!

Good price with a nice view. View of the bridge during the day is breathtaking. The new wing’s rooms are a lot nicer. Not much service. No one helps you with luggage when you arrive. And staff don’t look too helpful or happy. The hotel is near outlet and easy drive to Kobe city centre. Breakfast is good with a lot of bread variety. You need to bring your room towel to public bath. For this price I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Close to the outlet mall but transportation isn't very convenient. It's a 30-minute drive to Kobe, and dining options nearby are limited. The hotel claims to be fully renovated, but it's only partially so. If you're driving, it's an option worth considering.
