Hotel Pearl City Kobe

Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The lighting could be dimmed, which was nice. The staff are kind and give a warm welcome. However, the room and carpet were a bit old, which is understandable given the property’s age. - Close to 7-Eleven - near Portliner station (can walk in 4-5 mins)

I chose this hotel because I had a conference at the convention centre not knowing I have limited choice of getting something to eat (looking for halal option). Despite the lacking, I was able to survive for 3 days as I had to commute the Portliner to get something to eat. The location was quite a distance towards the portliner station therefore you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you are coming using public transport. The hotel surrounding is quiet. This is my first time staying at hotel in Japan, most of the time in airbnb. Towels were changed daily. Did not choose the breakfast. Service was acceptable.

About 5mins walk frm the station. Clean, nice and cozy. Staff were friendly. Paid parking available

The location is nearby Kobe airport, port-island. Nearby Ikea - Kobe. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. I just had issue a bit with the AC. I stayed during autumn season, when I arrived the room is super hot and there is no AC. I complaint to the staff they said I need to open the window cause during autumn season they turn off the AC (central) and change it with heater. I understood about it, but they didnt put on the property information when I booked the hotel. They lend me a fan, but I need to sleep with the sound from outside cause the window opened
