Supreme service for a historical hotel with charming setting and elegant deco

Fantastic location and service. Bar is great and so is the sushi restaurant.

Perfect location for shopping at Kobe Nice view

The hotel arranged a room close to the elevator. The noise of the elevator can be heard almost every minute, which seriously affects rest and sleep! I complained to the hotel and was told that I could only move to the next room. I was worried that it was still too close to the elevator and the noise was too loud, so I didn't move. Moreover, there are places like concert halls and dance halls on the 5th floor of the hotel. I could still hear the banging sound in the middle of the night! The exhaust fans in the bathroom and shower room cannot be turned off, and a buzzing sound can be heard all night. Consumption can only be paid in cash or by credit card, not WeChat and Alipay. The old hotel is disappointing! Picture 1 is the sea view of the hotel, Picture 2 is the sea view of other hotels, and Picture 3 is that the hotel's guest room is very dark, the bed is very low, and the washbasin is connected to the room.

I suddenly felt sick in the early morning of April 1st, and the front desk staff (the most handsome man in the hotel with glasses) helped me call an ambulance. Thank him very much! I didn't remember his name when I felt sick. I went to the front desk several times later, but I didn't see him at the front desk. The hotel's overall environment and facilities are good, and all the staff I met are warm and polite. The only regret is the food and beverage. I stayed for five days and the breakfast didn't change much. I ate the same thing every day. I also ate the steakhouse medium rare on the 17th floor, and it was average.

Second stay, overall it's good, especially like their breakfast, very delicious. The hotel still gives skincare samples, I don't know if it has been adjusted, before it also gave skincare samples.

The hotel service is very good and the reception is warm. The room was large, clean and tidy. There is a resting and viewing area next to the check-in reception area, where coffee is provided in the morning and tea in the afternoon.

However, the facilities in the room are relatively simple and there are no big surprises. Check-in is at 16 o'clock and check-out is at 10 o'clock, which is a bit rushed.
