Good location in front of beach next to 7/11 and many restaurants. Parking bit tight in weekends and holidays.

Wonderful hotel on White Sun Beach. We stay there not for the first time. Excellent location, good polite staff. There are many shops and massage parlors around. In a word, a wonderful hotel and a wonderful holiday on Koh Chang.

Excellent hotel, great location, clean rooms, drinking water, tea, coffee replenished every day, clean towels were brought, the room was cleaned every day while we were on the beach. Without a doubt, you can return to this hotel again and again!))

Great place, the sea is 10 meters away, convenient, all the shops are nearby, the breakfasts are delicious, we liked it.

Nice room in a separate building with a balcony overlooking the sea. Towels were changed every day. Nice clean pool, normal breakfast. There are always not enough sunbeds, as well as beach towels.

good hotel for a holiday with children, the territory is compact, swimming pool, beach, everything is nearby, the sea is shallow, but with children it is the best! No waves. Fire show in the evenings, cafes for every taste are nearby, the pier is also close.

Great location! You have to reserve a few sunbeds from 5am to get them 🥲 And the water in the shower is a tragedy - either boiling water or ice-cold, so you stand there and switch back and forth ( The breakfasts are modest But we went only for the sea and the exit from the hotel directly into the sand! So the hotel was perfect 🎉 Thank you 😉

Good service and close to the beach

We stayed in building next to the swimming pool, the room was good and clean. The balcony was in the shade so I could stay there all the time as it was impossible to stay at the pool area. The chairs at the pool are taken 24 hours a day! It is the only swimming pool I know in the world where you can keep the chair for 24 hours! Which means if you want a chair you have to steel it or pay some money to the poolman ( he is happy because he doesn't have to organise the chairs anymore so less work) so maybe he can get you one. That is also the reason that it can not be cleaned properly. So pool area is very dirty and a lot of rubbish in the surroundings. Breakfast was good.
