I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and the management was terrible. The staff were unprofessional and lacked any sense of hospitality. They treated customers unequally—friendly and attentive to foreign guests, but rude and dismissive toward Thai guests. I received no assistance whatsoever. Pros: Location: peaceful and private. You can kayak for free. Cons: No daily cleaning or towel change. Towels were dirty. Towels are poorly cleaned—be careful of contagious diseases. This place turned my vacation into a nightmare. They don't take out the trash daily. Room smelled musty. No drinking glasses provided. Breakfast was not prepared in advance. Guests had to wait, and once the food ran out, it wasn’t replenished—very unprofessional. Restaurant opening hours were unreliable—some days closed without notice, some days opened for only one hour. Staff were not working, just sitting around gossiping about other guests. I’m sure they would gossip about me too once I walked away. On the first day, we were told that staff were on duty until 8:30 PM. On the second day, only one staff member was present by 6 PM, and a foreign guest had no idea where to find dinner—while it was also raining. The hotel was dark, with no lights on and no staff on standby. If an emergency happened, guests would have to handle it on their own. The service was awful, especially from the dark-skinned woman with large eyes who seemed to be the team leader. She was the worst and should be fired. There’s so much more than I can tell you. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, come here. Bring your own food, medicine, cup, and towel. Rent a motorbike. Don’t expect too much — and you’ll be happy.

The service was amazing, amazing beach and good food in the bar , we have been checked in earlier without any problem, checked out later as well was possible. We did a snorkeling trip with the locals, thanks to the owner of the hotel, she was very kind and helpful in all regards! The room was a bit dirty, but probably we could ask to clean it more deep.

First visit here and it will be last time , i check in, surprised that my room is not sea view like application recommended The more surprise is staff only tell me, he has proved that it is not his hotel fault (i dont know how, and dont know process or advertise that hotel or app do it , im very upset) he noticed that it is app fault and if i dont appreciated (he can refund＞＞＞ that means you have no accommodation) What can i say....

The blankets, towels, and mattresses were damp and musty. They weren't very clean. To sum it up, it was raining when I went. The air conditioner was dripping all day and the roof leaked when it rained. As for the staff, after breakfast, there were almost no staff at the counter. The accommodation doesn't provide any services. There's no food or drinks for sale. You have to walk to the resort next door. There are no amenities in the room. There's only a refrigerator. There's nothing else.

It is a great place to check in, a must-go place for couples and newlyweds. If you have good photographic equipment, you can take great photos. The sunsets are superb.

The hotel is very cozy. We lived in a bungalow with a sea view. The advantages include: 1. Clean rooms and bed linen 2. No insects or other living creatures in the rooms. 3. A really good view - double bungalows are located in the first row right by the sea, the beauty is indescribable! 4. The beach. Yes, this is the southernmost beach and it is quite far from the main infrastructure of the island. But it is simply beautiful! Apart from the Secret AWD Beach, this is the best on the island. Shallow entrance to the sea, the cleanest, literally transparent water, soft sand without stones which is pleasant to walk on! On the pier you can take "Instagram" photos and admire the fish that literally swim here in schools. 5. The breakfasts were good. 6. The family atmosphere of the hotel. Everything is very cozy here. The hostess cooks in the kitchen herself, she strives to help you. We came to the island directly from Cambodia, without having time to change money, the banks were closed that day, so the owner changed our money herself at a good rate. The other guests are also very nice people, and if you know English, you can make new acquaintances. For example, our neighbor in the bungalow, as it turned out, came to this hotel for the tenth time, and I understand why. 7. Well, in general, the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. When you sit in the bar, you get the impression that you ended up in one of the films of the 80-90s about adventures in hot countries or in a video of the band La ketchup. Very atmospheric. The disadvantages are minor, but they still need to be mentioned: 1. Upon check-in, we discovered that one towel, apparently, was forgotten to be washed. It is strange that no one noticed this, because it smelled strongly of sweat. 2. The price in the bar-restaurant is quite expensive. This is especially aggravated by the fact that the hotel is on the very edge of the island and the only alternative within walking distance is a restaurant 800 m from the hotel - but the food there, although cheaper, is spicy. 3. Still, you need to understand that the conditions in the bungalow are quite Spartan. Our bungalow did not have a refrigerator (there are in the rooms on the second line), nor a kettle (hot water was in the bar). The room is no frills. The shower is very simple next to the toilet and in general the bathroom already needs renovation. But the price of the hotel is the lowest of all the hotels on the island (those near the beach). However, the atmosphere and the beach more than compensate for these shortcomings)

We stayed at this hotel in December. The hotel is ideally located. In the middle of a small beach, on which there are only three hotels. Almost all the houses overlook the sea. The sea is calm and clean. The sand is white, the entrance is very shallow. There are low tides, but not big ones. Inside the houses everything is very simple, but the most necessary things are there. Very tasty breakfasts to choose from. Dinners are even tastier. We were in neighboring hotels, there is something to compare with. I would especially like to highlight the owner of the hotel, this small, always smiling woman quickly and effectively solves all questions and problems.

The location is great. Take a break from civilization 👍 the food is delicious, the prices are Orthodox! The hosts are great.

Nice hotel, but for this money you can look for better. There are 5 hotels on the beaches. Consider others. For some reason there was no food, had to go to other hotels. There were only breakfasts. I tried to organize my wife's birthday, they could not offer anything. Maybe I got there at the wrong time. The beach is very beautiful, romantic. The place itself is amazing!

The first time we stayed at this hotel was in the fall, we were happy, probably because we lived in a new room. We returned after half a year, though to a different house, we will not return again.

At first, I went without any expectations. I couldn't book anywhere else because it was a long holiday, so I booked one. When I arrived, the beach in front of the accommodation was stunningly beautiful. The water was very clear. The staff were lovely. The price was reasonable. I will definitely go again.

The accommodation is quite good, located in front of Ao Prao Beach. It feels like a private beach. There are free kayaks to paddle. The food tastes good. The staff is friendly and provides good service.
