Really good, the front desk staff were all very helpful. There was one guy who spoke Chinese incredibly well, so I even gave him some blueberry yogurt. The hotel provides Evian water, which is a nice touch. The location is convenient for getting to Myeongdong, Hongdae, and Seongsu – it's about a 30-minute journey from the Mapo station right in front of the hotel.

The hygiene was so-so, and the soundproofing was really bad. It was also more expensive than hotels in Japan. However, the location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby and an airport bus stop right across the street. Fritz Coffee is just down the alley behind the hotel, and there's a delicious Mapo Samgyetang place too. Overall, I'd still recommend it. Thank god, the bickering couple next door finally checked out after two nights!

I've stayed there 3 times in a row, once a year. It's quite convenient, with easy access to both buses and subways for getting around. You can take Line 5, then transfer to Line 2 to go to Myeongdong Shopping Street, or take Line 2 directly to Jamsil Shinsegae Department Store.

I would choose this hotel a hundred times over!! It's safe, clean, and surrounded by amazing food, plus the transportation is incredibly convenient with several subway lines nearby. Ahhh, it really boosted my impression of Seoul! The photo was taken from my hotel room looking out.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I really like it. The front desk even has staff who speak Chinese. There's a wide variety of great food options nearby, and with metro lines 5 and 6 close by, it's super convenient to get to all the main attractions. Right across the street, there's an Olive Young; it's a small store but very well-stocked. The airport bus (6015) has its first stop right at the Seoul Garden Hotel. Comfortable stay, reasonably priced, and the room was incredibly spacious! No need for a power adapter to charge devices, and there was plenty of room for two large suitcases without feeling cramped. They even provided a mini-fridge, perfect for chilling drinks bought from the convenience store. The hotel's location is excellent: there's a street packed with restaurants just behind it, two convenience stores right next door, and a bus stop (including the airport shuttle) directly downstairs.
