Glue Hotel Dongdaemun ★★★
"Overall, a pleasant stay. The room was small but very clean, with a lovely view from the upper floor. Daily housekeeping and friendly staff made the experience comfortable. Early check-in wasn’t possible, but luggage storage at reception was convenient. The location is excellent — close to major attractions, cafés, shops, and public transport. Easy access from the airport: a direct bus 6011 to the Changgyeonggung Palace (about an hour), then just a 10-minute walk. Minor downsides: limited hangers and storage space, and the complimentary water bottles weren’t replenished every day. Soundproofing could be better, but I was lucky to have quiet neighbors. Overall, a great option for a short stay."
NINE TREE BY PARNAS SEOUL MYEONGDONG 1 ★★★
"The location is excellent, right next to the Myeongdong shopping district, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly."
stay sai
Minimalist accommodation with a cosy atmosphere, ideal for short city stays and young travellers.
Oriens Hotel & Residences Myeongdong ★★★★
"I have stayed here as the business traveller and i found this place very good. I highly recommend to plan you stay here if you are in seoul as this is very close to the seoul tower and other tourist locations."
HOMES Red Myeongdong ★★★
"The room was right next to the elevator, across from the utility room, and on the other side was the emergency staircase. Being squeezed between these three was a bit awkward. The service was mediocre, and only the building's exterior looked good. Laundry required going to another floor. The hygiene was average, not as good as Weco a few hundred meters away. Not recommended for introverts."
Brooklyn Blues Hotel ★★★
"The room design is very nice and modern. The hotel is conveniently located close to Olive Young, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops. There is also a coffee shop on the ground floor. The staff are attentive and friendly, especially compared to many other hotels. The overall atmosphere feels cozy and homely, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from both the subway station and the airport bus stop, which is quite convenient. Overall, I was very impressed and value for money. My only minor comment is that some noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors can sometimes be heard. However, it did not affect my overall stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."
N. Joy stay Dongdaemun ★★★
"This was my second stay here. I couldn't book a single or standard room, so I went for a triple room instead. The accommodation was fine; the location is convenient with good transport links nearby. Basic toiletries are provided, and the room was clean. The staff are friendly, and when I had a question and emailed them, they responded very quickly. Thumbs up! 👍"
ROELA GUEST HOUSE ★★
Koreana Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel boasts an excellent location; the airport shuttle stops right outside, and the subway station is also very close. The service attitude was superb, and the hotel was clean and hygienic."

Airsky Hotel Incheon
Modern, pet-friendly rooms with smart layouts, cosy amenities, and easy access to Incheon Airport and nearby transport links.
Kensington Hotel Yeouido
"The hotel has a more traditional style, and the service is quite good. Some of the rooms seem to have been renovated, and most areas are decent. However, the bathroom floor in the bathtub area was very slippery when showering. There are many dining options right out the back door of the hotel, and it's not too far from the subway station. Booking in advance makes it excellent value for money."

The service is proactive and warm. Although the price is a bit high, I still feel it's well worth it. The overall experience was superb! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul!"

"Smoking is inconvenient. The hotel has a very Korean feel to it."
Hamilton Hotel Itaewon
"My friends and I were looking forward to this hotel because we have stayed here two times before, but when we tried to change our stay from one night to three nights on a different weekend, they refused to even speak to us about making those date changes and extending. Terrible customer service :( the location is great, but it’s not worth the hassle."
Simdo Hotel&Spa Sillim by Anook
"The mattress was dirty and the sheets felt damp. I woke up every morning itching all over. The air in the room wasn't great, and the bathroom had a sewage smell. They didn't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, and the towels didn't look very clean either. The only upside was its proximity to Metro Exit 8. I won't be staying here again."
Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS Hotel Seoul Yongsan
"Had a great stay at Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS Hotel Seoul Yongsan. The hotel is very new, modern, and extremely clean. The location is super convenient — there is a large shopping mall right next to the hotel, and the subway station is nearby as well. There are also many restaurants around the area, making it very easy to find food anytime. The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Seoul!"
