Find 5-Star Hotels in Seoul

We booked a triple room under residents and was happy with the facilities. Well equipped with water dispenser (which is my favourite), washer cum dryer, utensils etc. Room size was also super great for 3 persons, 8 luggages, and yet sufficient space to move around. Lots of wardrobe too. Location is super good, 3 mins walk to airport bus bus stop, 5-6 mins walk to DDP & train station. Near to Gwangja Market, Myeongdong. The toilet is huge too. Definitely preferred and recommended hotel if i revisit again. The only cons if they can fostered the shower & toilet glass door so that both can be used at the same time.

Hotel was great in many sense - location just next to City Hall station - enthusiastic, helpful bellboys who would take the initiative to help - very clean rooms, large bathroom - view of the City Hall from my room was great - my room didn't have enough space to open luggage bags on the floor unless you move away the heavy chairs There was just one thing I couldn't understand. I arrived at the hotel at about 2.50pm. They told me that check in time is 3pm. So I thought maybe we can do the registration first, but get the keys at 3pm, which is what other hotels do when I've arrived earlier than the check in time. But I was told that they can only start processing the registration at 3pm. As we checked out on NYE, the hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to allow us late check out even by an hour. But this, I can understand.

Amazing stay at a classic hotel celebrating its 110 anniversary this year. Exemplary service from each of the staff. Airport limousine bus stopped directly at the hotel which was super convenient.

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

This place exceeded my expectations. The view of the Han River was incredible. I would love to return someday. The staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The perfect location, right next to Myeongdong and Lotte department store. We had a deluxe room which is of decent size, quite a lot of space to put our things. Would highly recommend.

Great location! Next to Hyundai department store and Coex. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful (especially the concierge), the room service food excellent. Unfortunately the pool and gym under renovation. I would definitely book again for my next trip to Seoul.

Stayed 5 nights, room no. 1520. The pros are location, near the subway station and the hotel has a shuttle bus to get you there. The view from the room is good, facing the Nan Shan. The out room jacuzzi is fantastic The service from the front door and facilities are good especially the front door staff called ”Dustin Lee”, he behaved professionally and friendly which made me feel I really was a guest in your hotel. The Cons: The room was a bit shabby and outdated, also the closet couldn't close properly. The hotel lobby will always be crowded as different kinds of people get there, which annoys me. Also, I had a worse experience at my check-out, the receptionist asked me if it was okay with my stay, I said the lobby was crowded and chaotic which made me feel uncomfortable, but she said she didn't know what is ”chaotic”, I don't know what that means and I spelt to her, she behaved a bit cool and unfriendly, and the concierge staff next to her told her what is ”chaotic”, I think she is unprofessional and a bit rude. Also, last Saturday morning(22nd Feb), a couple took some wedding photos in the hotel lobby, and all the guests couldn't cross the lobby to the front door, I understand that it was the most memorable day for them, but the lobby is for all hotel guests, which may be made all hotel guests feel uncomfortable and inconvenient, I think the management should have done some arrangement for that to minimize the situation like that. Overall my stay was so-so, hope next time stay will be better as we go to Seoul quite often.

We stayed for a week in Pullman Seoul and in. general we would come again. Rooms and beds very comfy and clean, service/staff very helpful and very friendly. A few points we noticed that can be improved: 1. More explanations overall with a few examples: - We had Lounge access but no one told us there's actually food there in the evening. We found out 2 days in. - Pools and Sauna don't seem to be included for everyone and even though we had it included we could not use the pool because swimming caps are mandatory and they do not provide some. It would be the most basic thing to eother remove this rule or simply provide swimming caps. - In the Sauna there are no big towels which can be very confusing for non local guests. Slippers were also not provided (at least to us, but I did see people that had some) 2. Food in Lounge: theres a lot of choices but I was sad there are not as many local options especially for breakfast. 3. Lounge closing times: starting to be as noisy as possible and blasting all lounge the lights to maximum is not a way to remove your guests from a lounge when it closes. It made us feel completely unwelcome. Also we couldn't even take our unfinished last drinks to the room which was literally next door to the lounge. Be a bit. more. flexible and. judt. let the guests do that and then have housekeeping pick up the glass next morning? These are just minor things overall, but we did notice them and other guests as well. Especially shower caps and lounge kick out were highly discussed topics among multiple guests we met. However as said overall this was still a 5 star worthy experience and we would still come again tonsee. if the tiny topics we raised were fixed and to enjoy this beautiful hotel again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient especially with the Yongsan station being right next to it. You can easily get around Seoul or just spend your time in Yongsan with shopping and going to cafes and restaurants. The room is nice and spacious, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also you have really nice views from the rooms, either looking at Yeouido or Namsan.
