AichiyudexiaocatThe location is fantastic! Although the room was small, the layout was very efficient. I was surprised they even managed to fit a bathtub and had a separate wet/dry area in such a small space – only in Japan/Korea! The great location meant I could pop back to the hotel to drop off my shopping, which saved a lot of time. Plus, if you cut through the Olive Young store next door, you can get to the other side of the street easily. When checking out, you can use the self-service machine on the first floor, which is super quick. Cars can pull right up to the entrance in the morning and evening. At other times, you have to walk a short distance, but overall, it's very convenient – a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and exploring!

Guest UserThe room was a bit small and the price was a bit high. Service was okay. The hotel has Wi-Fi. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. The hotel isn't old and there weren't any strange smells. It's still a decent place to stay. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Hongdae, with plenty of great places to shop and eat nearby.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. When I look for hotels, one of the priorities is safety and cleanliness. I felt really safe in this hotel. It was clean, quiet. Everything was perfect for me: location, polite staff, service, their own cafe. I enjoyed having breakfast with free ciabatta and you can buy some drink, a cake in their cafe. It's situated near two stations (the 4th line, Hyehwa Station, and the 1st line, Jongno-5 ga Station). As for me, it's comfortable to carry your suitcase to the hotel after you get out of subway. As I love Naksan park and the neighbourhood around it, I choose the right hotel for walking there. When I come to Seoul, I would definitely choose this hotel again for staying. Thank you very much.

lilsheepThe hotel is located in between Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, about 20 to 30 mins walk to each. Closest subway or metro station is Euljiro-3ga. Airport limo 6015 has a stop nearby Kukdo Hotel which is around a 10 min walk away.
The rooms are large and well furnished. It's more like a service apartment than an actual hotel. Lots of hotel guests from HK, USA and Japan.
We got the family room with 2 rooms and a toilet. Each bedroom had a queen bed, good for 4 adults. Room also came with washer/dryer, convenient for long stays.
Breakfast buffet was crowded each morning. Felt more like cookhouse than a hotel.
Food options around the hotel are limited, but there is a 24hr Emart24 and GS25 right in the building so it's very convenient .

Anonymous UserWe stayed at the Acube Hotel Dongdaemun during a recent layover, and it turned out to be an excellent, fuss-free choice for a short stopover in Seoul. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient, which we highly appreciated after a tiring flight. The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind and recharge. Additionally, the location is very convenient for exploring; it is situated just 1.5 kilometers from Myeongdong Street and its famous night market, making it easy to pop out for some world-class street food and shopping without wasting time in transit. Overall, it is a highly recommended spot for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and well-located stay.

The room facilities are a bit old, and there are no windows that can be opened for ventilation, which makes the whole room feel stuffy. Outside the window is a road, and the room is quite small, similar in size to the most basic room type at a Home Inn in China. But the worst part is the location; it's so out of the way that getting a taxi is a real pain.

Guest UserThe biggest highlight is definitely the location — it’s super convenient, close to Gangnam’s main areas, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transportation. It made getting around Seoul really easy.
The only downside is that the room is quite small, especially if you have large luggage or are staying for several nights. There isn’t much space to fully open suitcases comfortably.

Location is perfect! 2 minutes walking distance to seonyudo station and there’s A LOT of coffee shop, especially internationa famous Starbucks just next door.
English speakers are available but maybe they could be more friendly in attending guests. However, rooms are beautiful and clean. Housekeeper were very friendly and helped with things we requested! Overall stay was wonderful~ Will stay again when i visit seoul next time.

issueeeThis hotel is great! The staff are all incredibly nice and made me feel so warm and welcome. The housekeeping auntie even folded my clothes and duvet, and carefully arranged my small plush toys on the bed – it really touched my heart. On the first day, there was a sensor light by the door that wouldn't turn off (I think it was for the emergency exit, so it would light up when someone walked by). I called the front desk to ask someone to look at it, and a kind uncle came with a ladder and a small round piece of cardboard cut from a delivery box, intending to cover the light for us. It felt like they genuinely care about their guests, and I was really moved.

Chubby Girl On TourThe room is spacious for a single traveler and clean. The curtain isn’t blackout, so some light may come through. However, the ceiling is high, which gives an open feel. The bed is very comfortable, though the wooden bed frame could be a bit uncomfortable if you accidentally kick it. Also, the corridors on guest floors feel a bit dark.
The staff are nice and friendly. The lobby can get crowded with luggage and guests after check-out (11:00 AM), and some bags may be stored in the basement.
The hotel offers a convenient location between Chungmuro Station (Line 3 & Line 4) and Euljiro 3(sam)ga Station (Line 2). It’s a prime spot, though you’ll need about 5–10 minutes to reach either station on foot. Walking to Myeongdong Shopping Street takes around 20 minutes, while airport bus No. 6001 and No. 6015 stops are located near Chungmuro Station, within walking distance.
