"The room was nice, a bit small but clean and tidy. The main advantage is the excellent location; the view from the window was great, and it's right at the subway exit. I've never stayed anywhere so convenient. The downsides are that there are only two small elevators, so you often have to wait a long time to go up or down. The lobby and front desk are also on the second basement level, and there's a long wait for luggage storage and check-out."

"Considering all factors, including value for money, this hotel is relatively satisfying among options in the area. Both the service and facilities are quite good. Prices in South Korea are generally higher than in China, and since I was traveling, my expectations weren't very high. If you're not overly strict about your hotel experience, this place is a good choice. It's also convenient for getting to Yeouido, though it's a bit far from the city center of South Korea. The hotel is located in a local residential area, so it's not as bustling as the city center. I haven't found anything particularly new or exciting around here yet."

"Check-in convenience: Check-in was quite fast, as it's close to Sinchon subway station. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived at 2 PM. Facilities: The facilities are decent. The room was small, quite miniature, but very warm. In the bathroom, for a room for two, there was only one toothbrush cup. Also, there was no shower curtain next to the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided, but the slippers were not disposable, so we brought our own. On the first floor, there's a self-service area with a fridge and microwave, which is handy for heating up food purchased for breakfast. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. There were two very small stains on the duvet cover, like ink drops from a pen. They didn't really affect my sleep, so I just dealt with it. Overall, it was okay. It feels more like a small inn, but its strong point is the location, being close to the subway and having convenient supermarkets nearby."

"This was not my first time staying here, but the service this time provided by Sophia is horrible. I checked in at 6:30-45pm that day. First Sophia just found 1 booking for me, then I told her I actually have 2 then she checked again and she found. Then said she offered me a room which upgraded, once I went up the room and I didn’t feel well, my ears were hurt might be because of the room pressure then I went down and requested if I can changed back my room type. Sophia just said to me all rooms are occupied and only corner room available. I was quite shocked because still have some groups behind me and wait for check-in but it’s fine maybe their room type is different. And she said one more corner room on sixth floor and I request changed to 6th floor, and Sophia said if I would like to change the text that I need to pay the upgrade fee. Huh??? What’s wrong with this situation? She offered me there a room available on sixth floor and then she said I need to pay the upgrade and at first she upgraded me. I told her I just need the type what I booked and no need any upgrade offer and she said all rooms are occupied. I asked what about you just mentioned the room on sixth floor? Sophia said oh sorry that was occupied too. Am I joke to you???? You didn’t check clearly beforehead? I don’t feel good with her attitude and she is working as a customer oriented industry needs to perform best service to customers. Her attitude comparing with others staff who worked there was not in standard. I appreciated for the service which provided by the manager and also the luggage helper and the housekeeper but not Sophia!!! I didn’t request any changes afterwards because she insisted my room just the one and only room available in the hotel that was so hilarious!!!"

"I booked 7 nights and specifically requested a high-floor room in advance. I arrived at the hotel around 5 PM, and the front desk assigned me a room on the 5th floor. I initially thought, 'Oh well, a lower floor is fine,' but when I got upstairs, my window faced the rooftop of another building. I instantly felt very annoyed; it felt like being confined in a prison. I had woken up at 4 AM that day to catch a flight from Hong Kong, so I was exhausted and didn't speak the local language, just wanting to rest. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. I had made a special request so early, and it wasn't like they had no other rooms available when I arrived. Yet, they gave me a 5th-floor room with a wall right outside the window. I figured if it were just for two or three days, I wouldn't mind as much. Later, I contacted Trip.com and asked them to help me coordinate. They were very responsible and understanding, informing me they would communicate with the hotel. They later told me I would be moved to a different room the next day. I'm grateful for Trip.com's assistance this time. The railway noise at the hotel didn't bother me too much, and the cleanliness was good. It was also convenient to take the subway from there."

"## Location: Perfect Score Right across from Lotte Duty-Free and less than a 5-minute walk to Shinsegae Duty-Free, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. Its location is comparable to the Aloft nearby but significantly better than Voco (which requires a bit of a detour). If you're here for serious shopping, this location will definitely save you time and effort. ## Room & Facilities The room size is similar to Aloft's – both are on the 'compact' side. It's a bit smaller than Voco, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might want to reconsider. The hotel is located within a mixed-use building, so you'll need to go to the 9th-floor lobby for check-in. Waiting for elevators during peak hours can be a bit of a pain. There are free luggage lockers on the 9th floor lobby, which are very convenient to use. ## Service & Details The service was adequate, neither exceptionally good nor bad. However, there's a noticeable drawback: my Trip.com reservation explicitly requested a 'high floor,' but I was given the 11th floor (guest rooms are on floors 10-18). This compromised both the view and the quietness. I recommend calling ahead to confirm or actively requesting a higher floor upon arrival. The central air conditioning noise from the adjacent building runs 24/7, which somewhat affected my sleep. ## Alternatives Next door is Ibis. If you're not sensitive to floor level or room size, you could compare prices for the same location and pick whichever is cheaper. ## Summary: If you're looking for ultimate convenience and don't mind a smaller room or the occasional elevator wait, this place is worth considering. However, if a great view, spacious rooms, or a high-floor experience are important to you, I suggest lowering your expectations or looking elsewhere."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The hotel was nice and clean, and the check-in process was fast and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. Although the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable enough for 3 people. One of the highlights is the location, there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, offering authentic local bites without the overwhelming crowds you’d find in Myeongdong. Personally, I found this area much more enjoyable and relaxing. The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. Travel Tip: From the airport, take the train to Seoul Station (either normal or express), then transfer to the blue line to Chungmuro Station. If you’re carrying luggage, Exit 5 is the best choice since it has an escalator — just walk toward Starbucks. Otherwise, Exit 7 is a quicker option. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located stay in Seoul."

"Pros: My room was incredibly clean, especially the bathroom. The sink gleamed, every corner was spotless, and the large mirror was perfect for makeup. The spacious counter was a huge plus for all my toiletries (girls tend to have a lot of skincare products!). The room size was typical for a Korean hotel, with enough space for two people's luggage. It's quite close to the subway station, with a convenience store and a few restaurants nearby, and a chill coffee shop just across the street. Although it's on a slope, it's a very short one. The elderly gentleman who checked us in at the front desk had an excellent attitude. There's even a tax refund machine in the hotel lobby. Cons: The soundproofing was poor. The two men in the next room were very loud. If it weren't for the language barrier, I think I would have known their entire conversation – there was absolutely no privacy. Luckily, we didn't stay on a weekend, so we didn't hear any bar-goers or drinkers. So staying here really depends on luck; if you get considerate guests who keep to themselves, it's great. But if you encounter loud ones, it's just bad luck. Also, at 1 AM, the TV (or possibly some other electronic box) suddenly blared an ear-splitting alarm, like an ambulance, which startled us awake. Since I take sedatives, being abruptly woken up is very disorienting for me. My girlfriend quickly unplugged all the power cords behind the TV, and the sound instantly disappeared. I don't know what caused this; I forgot to ask the front desk when we checked out, and I still have no idea what happened."

"The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Euljiro 2(ga) station after taking bus 6015. The subway station is also very close, and there are tons of dining options downstairs, with places like 'Water Parsley Beef' and 'Wild Wild' right around the corner. 😂 The hotel lobby has a luggage scale and a convenience store, and you can do laundry on B2. The room size is acceptable, and there's a window, though no view. However, there's no shelf or platform in the bathroom to put toiletries. The narrow strip under the mirror is too small to hold anything. The motion-sensor light near the entrance can't be turned off, which can be startling when getting up for the restroom at night. The soundproofing in the room is decent, but I could clearly hear people shouting on the street in the middle of the night. I understand and appreciate the eco-friendly concept, but the lack of cups in the room was a bit inconvenient."
