"The bedding in the room was comfortable, and it was a great experience for two people. The whole place was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, and it offered good value for money. The only downside: booking in advance was a great deal, but extending our stay last minute was very expensive. The hotel policy required us to book an additional night to extend our stay, and extending for just one night wasn't supported. Travelers with flexible itineraries should keep this in mind."

"Despite requesting a higher-floor room during booking, the initial room assigned did not meet this preference 😔. After raising the matter with the front desk staff, she was able to accommodate my request and provided a higher-floor unit 😊. I must admit that this is the best hotel I’ve stayed so far. It is more like a fully-equipped condo than a hotel — super comfortable, clean, modern and great location! It’s the kind of stay that makes you wish you booked longer.. The room had almost everything I needed and made my Seoul trip so amazing and wonderfully memorable ❤️. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"An Extremely Pleasant Stay in Seoul This hotel surprised us a lot, and yes, in a good way! Check-in was seamless. Just hand in your passport for processing and you got the room key. Very fast and convenient. There was an area where we could place our baggage before checking in so that we could go and explore the city with ease. The room was spectacular. The bed was cloud-like, the linens were crisp and luxurious, and the bathroom featured a toilet with an automatic bidet which was great and exceeded our expectations. We asked for room cleaning only once during our 7-day stay. Breakfast was okay. A self-service counter in a separate compartment/room with tables. Just typical breakfast: bread, yam, cereal, milk, and orange juice. Free mini-ramyon was also available in limited quantities. Oh and the cereal and milk were available 24 hours until depleted. We came back one evening, exhausted and thank god there was food (even if it’s just cereal). The pantry was also equipped with a microwave and toaster. Free plastic cutlery was also provided. The hotel location couldn't have been better, just steps away from renowned shopping stores (Olive Young, Daiso), incredible restaurants, and public transportation to explore Seoul. In the elevator, we could even see the airport bus information (Bus No. 6013) with a ticket price indicated (cash or T-money card accepted), which was an absolute godsend. We no longer needed to take the metro or public bus to the airport because of this. Thank you, Bellus! What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff and strategic location where we could easily find a bus stop and a place to eat. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had in Seoul. The city has already stolen our hearts, and this affordable hotel was a huge part of the reason why. "Hotel room feels very new. However I think cleanliness could be improved. There were some strands of hair around the room when I checked in and dust. Also housekeeping is not very conscientious when making up the room, ie chair would be displaced, bedroom slippers left strewn on the floor. Got upgraded to a room with washing machine but laundry detergent is not free.. Front desk is helpful and able to speak English. Location is just off the chaotic streets of Myeongdong but comfortable walking distance. Convenience store just at the hotel lobby as well."

"Traveling with kids means location, transport, and dining options, catering to both crowds and quiet spots, are all key considerations. First off, the location was perfect – the airport shuttle drops you right at the hotel, just across the street. We noticed fewer Chinese guests and more European and American visitors. Right opposite the hotel, there's Olive Young, McDonald's, and a fried chicken joint. To the left and right of the hotel entrance, you'll find a 7-Eleven on each side. The streets behind the hotel are packed with restaurants. Just about 200 meters to the left of the hotel entrance is Mapo Subway Station, which is only one stop from Yeouido Department Store – super convenient. If you head right from the hotel, you'll reach Gongdeok Subway Station, where you can find the popular Egg Drop sandwiches, which are a great value for breakfast. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so it's a good idea to bring your own set. If you forget, there's a machine on the first floor where you can buy them. For your return journey, you can catch the airport shuttle to the airport right in front of the McDonald's opposite the hotel. You can buy tickets on-site by scanning a QR code or paying with cash. Highly recommend this hotel for families with children."

"Overall a good option for solo travelers. Located right near Dongdaemun subway station, very convenient to get to main touristy areas. There’s a 7/11 right outside the hotel and lots of restaurants in the area, some of them open 24/7. The room isn’t too small, enough to unpack your suitcase. There was a huge TV in the room with various streaming services available, nice to unwind watching a show at the end of the day. All necessary amenities were provided like towels, bathrobes, even hygienic product samples like lotion, cotton swabs, washing cloth etc. The lock is automatic, and I felt pretty safe in the hotel. Personally not a fan of Korean style bathrooms (no separation between showering area and the toilet), but you can get used to it. Please note that cleaning is upon request only."

"Overall, I'm satisfied. The service attitude was pretty good, and they have a business center for printing documents, which wasn't cheap but acceptable. The room itself was genuinely small; my large suitcase barely fit in the hallway and under the desk. The bed size was decent. Slippers and a hairdryer were provided, but no dental kit. My laundry dried overnight. The window offered a city view. The location is excellent, right in the CBD. It's an 8-10 minute walk straight ahead or left from the hotel entrance to Myeongdong's streets and alleys or Lotte Department Store, just two blocks down. There's a nice cafe downstairs open until 10:30 PM, and a Starbucks in the adjacent commercial building, though it closes earlier. If you turn right from the hotel entrance and walk straight for a hundred or two meters, you'll cross a small overpass connected to the street. Below the overpass is a small stream and greenery, a bit like Guangzhou's Liwan Stream. Turn left, cross the road, and walk straight, and you'll find many restaurants and cafes. There's a classic chicken sausage cheese spicy turkey noodle dish; the first few bites are really delicious, but it gets rich quickly. However, it's great value for money, with a large pot costing only about 160 RMB. The subway station is also nearby, with lines 3 and 4 not far away. All in all, the hotel offers decent value for money."

"Super nice area, just 5 minutes from the train station and bus stop. There’s a slight uphill walk, but it’s manageable. The neighborhood is quiet enough to making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The in-room amenities go above and beyond: towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, comb, lotion, and toner. The bed was perfect, not to mention the ergonomic pillow that made for a great night’s sleep. On the check out day, the staff helped us get a taxi to the airport. Downsides: We were two women traveling with large suitcases, and the room felt a bit tight, we couldn’t keep both suitcases open at the same time and had to take turns. Also, there’s no separation between the dry and wet areas in the bathroom, so the floor tends to get wet after every shower."
