"Excellent stay! The hotel is located in the heart of the city but remains very quiet. It's only 3 stops from Myeongdong, with both the Airport Bus stop and subway just steps away. villiv Inn-The City namsan is located in central Seoul within a 15-minute walk from Myeongdong Street and Namsan Mountain Park. It has various amenities such as express check-in, express check-out, and baggage claim. It provides floor heating which features warm floors. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washing machine (with drying function). Wireless internet and cable TV broadcasts are available free of charge. Mineral water and room cleaning services are provided free of charge every day.

"Great location! The hotel is directly accessible from the subway, so you won't get wet even if it rains. We got a 5-day travel pass for unlimited rides, which was super convenient. The room was well-stocked with towels and tissues, which was a thoughtful touch. There's also free luggage storage downstairs. The view from the window was lovely, and the washing machine worked perfectly, with free detergent provided. I'd definitely come back!"

When staying at LOOK N STAY, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore Mapo-gu.

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Hongdae Subway Station Exit 1, right behind the L7 Hotel. There are also two convenience stores (CU & Emart) nearby. The property provided the door code before check-in, allowing for self check-in. It seems to be newly opened, as the furniture in the room was clean and tidy, exactly as pictured. The room included disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener. The fridge had two bottles of water and two banana milk pouches. On the second day of our stay, a bag of fresh towels was hung outside our door for replacement. There are also free washing machines and dryers available for use. The pantry offers complimentary instant noodles, tea bags, coffee powder, and a water dispenser. The only drawback is that they couldn't provide free luggage storage after check-out. However, the property was very thoughtful and provided information on nearby paid luggage storage options."

DDouglas_TFrom the moment I stepped out of the car until I reached my room, someone was there to assist me. When I opened the door, the turndown service was already done, and my charging cables were neatly organized and plugged in. By the bed, there was water and a sealed glass. I've stayed in many hotels, both domestically and internationally, but very few make me feel comfortable enough to use their kettle and glasses. The entire service process was seamless and unobtrusive, yet they anticipated every detail I could possibly need for my trip.

FFloria SIt was a cute stay. The shared space such as kitchen and living room is adorable. Lovely that you can use the washing machine and lovely that you got cereals and coffee or tea. I stayed 3 days but first day I just came to leave my stuff and I arrived back in the second day of my stay where I realized the fact that they got a kitchen , haha. The bad thing was the stairs, if you got +20kg luggage and 10 kg backpack as a solo girl is hard to go up as there is self entry space. I had no idea so it was a surprise when I got to the machine self check in. I guess this is how they do in Seoul. It was interesting. The bad things: the bed sheets aren’t too soft, kinda rough, not sure if is the material or the detergent. And for the capsule beds, they are made of wood or wood material , that means if anyone moves, you will hear absolutely every little movement of any kind if anyone moves. Usually there is another material to the new capsule stuff, not wood, so if anyone moves you don’t hear anything. These being noticed, is pretty hard to sleep with these 2 things . I didn’t had a rest sleep the 2 nights I spent here but it was still a cute stay. (And no, the earplugs doesn’t work, I put them in my ears + a eye mask that is circular the head ) also there is strong light during the night too in the capsules, there is no button to close that nonstop light.

WWXFOXI was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant decor. The common areas are well-maintained. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, toiletries were comprehensive, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, handling check-in and check-out quickly. Their service was professional and thoughtful. The location is convenient for getting around, with complete amenities nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. It offers great value for money and exceeded my expectations. It was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the voco Seoul Myeongdong! The service was incredibly thoughtful and patient; even with language barriers, the staff were always proactive and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is absolutely fantastic – ordering food delivery was super convenient, and Nandaemun Market is right downstairs where you can grab traditional snacks. It's also very close to Seoul Station and Lotte Duty-Free Myeongdong, and you can walk to the Myeongdong shopping district. The hotel even has its own GS25 convenience store, a coffee shop, and Burger King, making food and drinks incredibly easy. There's an airport bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take the 6001 bus directly from Incheon Airport (get off at Nandaemun Station, just tell the driver 'voco hotel' and they'll stop). It made getting around so hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Seoul!

GGuest UserI came to Korea for a concert and couldn't book a hotel for two consecutive nights, so I chose this small guesthouse in Myeongdong to stay. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The owner's attitude and service are excellent, and the environment is very cozy. However, if I had to point out a flaw, it would be that the duvet is a bit too small and thin. It's been really cold in Seoul these past few days, and I was a bit too cold to sleep at night! Other aspects met my expectations, and it's a good spot for a quick and convenient stopover.

XXiaoxiongmaoshengjidaguaiThe hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's right by Exit 10 of Sookmyung Women's University Station on Subway Line 4, or you can walk about 7-8 minutes from Exit 13 of Seoul Station. During our stay, we didn't need daily room cleaning, but every evening when we returned, we'd find fresh towels and bottled water placed outside our door. We had a really great experience.

KK_W-The room is quite spacious, perfect for families with kids. The hotel's location is super convenient; there's a 7-Eleven right outside, an airport express station, and a delicious BBQ place and Olive Young just across the street. The subway station is only a short walk away, and it's just one stop to Myeongdong. Absolutely loved it!

TTianqiandikun-zijianMy wife and I booked this hotel for our cherry blossom viewing trip to Seoul during the Qingming Festival. After a long search on Trip.com, we finally decided on the Grand Hyatt Seoul, and it truly proved to be worth every penny of its high price! Firstly, getting to the Grand Hyatt from Incheon Airport is incredibly convenient. You just need to buy a bus ticket at the airport, and it takes you directly to the hotel lobby entrance. The bus driver was very helpful with our luggage, and upon arrival, the bellhops were also very enthusiastic in guiding us through check-in and assisting with our bags. However, after checking in and getting to our room, we were truly amazed. The view outside the window was absolutely breathtaking – I'd even go so far as to say it's the best room in all of Seoul for views of Namsan (perhaps even *the* best). This view alone practically makes the hotel room rate worth it. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities are up to international five-star luxury hotel standards. The restaurant in the hotel lobby requires reservations, and its backdrop is the entire Seoul city skyline, which is quite spectacular. The hotel staff's service attitude is excellent; every team member is enthusiastic, professional, and also quite attractive (which probably has something to do with Koreans' emphasis on appearance). Additionally, getting to popular attractions like Namsan, Gyeongbokgung, and Hongdae from the Grand Hyatt is very easy and convenient by Uber. Overall, if you have the budget, I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserTransportation: Two bus lines stop right outside the hotel, one of which is the 6001 airport bus to Seoul Incheon. It's about a dozen stops to Gimpo Airport. While the subway station isn't far, it's quite a walk underground, taking at least 10 minutes to reach the turnstiles. Cleanliness: If you want your room cleaned, you need to hang the 'make up the room' sign on your door, otherwise, the cleaning staff won't come. Service: The front desk staff were all very helpful. Breakfast is 1000 Korean Won per person. Facilities: There's a machine at the front desk where you can buy transportation cards and SIM cards, exchange money, and even process in-hotel tax refunds. Another machine sells disposable toothbrushes, facial cleansers, and other convenient items. Overall: The hotel facilities are good, but it's a bit of a distance from the subway station. However, it's a good value for the price.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very nice. You can easily walk to Myeongdong, Namsan Tower, and many restaurants, and transportation is convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful. However, it’s difficult for me to say this was a good stay overall. Here are the reasons why: • Elevator – The elevator is only for luggage, not for guests. This should be clearly stated before booking. As in here it’s show as the property has an elevator without explaining that it is a cargo elevator, it is misleading. • Security – The room password was simply the room number with an additional “1” added to it. I didn’t leave valuables in the room, so I wasn’t too worried, but it still felt like a weak security system. • Room Door – There is no additional lock on the inside of the room. While the digital lock can be activated, I never felt completely confident that the door was fully secured. • Soft Opening Without Notice – When I booked, there was no mention that the property was still in a soft-opening stage. I expected the hotel to be fully operational. Instead, there were unfinished areas, items left around the property, and staff frequently entering rooms after check-in to inspect or photograph things without being asked. Had I known the hotel was not fully ready, I would have considered other options before booking. • Poor Room Layout – My room was 405, located at the end of the hallway. The neighboring room (404) had a door positioned in a way that it would hit my door whenever opened carelessly. During my four-night stay, the guests next door banged their door into mine repeatedly. Eventually, at around 1 a.m. one night, I had to contact the staff and ask them to address the issue. • Cleanliness Concerns – The property appears to use the same type of towel for everything. When I asked about a bathroom mat, I was told to use a towel instead. This gave me the impression that the towels were being used for multiple purposes, including drying floors. On top of that, the towels shed lint and left fibers on my skin after use. • Very Small Bathroom – Please be aware that the bathroom is extremely small. The shower is positioned directly over the toilet, and there is barely enough room to stand while showering. In practice, you almost need to sit on the toilet to shower comfortably. After two nights, I seriously considered moving to another hotel. The only reason I stayed was because my mother didn’t want to move all of our belongings again. To be fair, one of the staff members (possibly the owner) sincerely apologized and explained that they were trying their best. I do believe they genuinely care and are making an effort. However, there is still a long way to go before this property is ready to provide a comfortable hotel experience.
