RreyngjjSeoul Vamos Hotel is the best hotel I ever stayed. The room is beautiful, cozy and is very comfortable. They have beautiful small lobby on 1st floor with a water dispenser, coffee machine, tea bags, microwave and food utensils. It provides proper necessities to its guests and is really very convenient. For me, having good necessities is more than important. To travel around, I would say taking public transport is very convenient as there are bus stop conveniently located nearby the hotel or taking Uber, Kakao Taxi and Tmoney-Onda, therefore traveling around seoul is seamlessly connected from this hotel. Not to mentioned, they have big shopping mall nearby like the ”Shinsegae Department Store times square branch” and there are convenient stores too like ”Nice to CU”. In addition, I would also say my experience with the hotel's staff is amazing, they are friendly and helpful towards their guests. I really love the hotel top-notch service. In terms of communication with the staff, I have no issue communicating with the staff. I really miss my stay in Seoul Vamos Hotel. I will definitely stay here again in Seoul Vamos Hotel. 100% recommended. To anyone visiting Seoul, do check out this hotel!!

YYaredaifuyouThis hotel greatly improved my impression of Korea. First, the price was great; it didn't increase during holidays and was still very affordable. Second, the amenities were excellent: free multi-plug charging cables, disposable face wash, skincare products, bath towels, bagged sterilized pajamas, condoms, and even a computer. These amenities are either unavailable or chargeable in China. Oh, and they even had a shoehorn, which I've only ever seen in five-star hotels. The difference was stark. It's also about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, just across one traffic light. There are convenience stores, restaurants, a laundry room, and a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Korea.

Kki5w8rIt was clean, and even though I went in winter, the floor was heated and it was warm. If you're used to staying in motels, it was comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of the toilet.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located just one stop away from Dongdaemun Station, making it easy to find. There's a convenience store right in front, and while most restaurants nearby don't stay open late, there are still some good dining options around. Unlike what some other guests have mentioned, if you arrive around the 6 PM check-in time, a staff member will be there to assist you. I was even given the option to view two different room interiors before deciding. Since I had a suitcase and preferred to use the elevator, I chose a room on the 6th floor, and the staff's service was excellent. The room itself was spacious enough to open a large suitcase, and having a desk and chair was a definite plus. The layout with the sink between the shower and toilet prevented the toilet area from getting wet, which was great. They also provided a power adapter and a hairdryer. The room floor was heated, and the bed felt warm, possibly due to an electric blanket. There was also a water dispenser and a microwave on the first floor. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!

AAnonymous UserOverall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and quickly moved me when I had an issue. On my first night, I felt unsafe due to an aggressive roommate and left to stay elsewhere. The next day I was given a new room with a respectful roommate, and I felt safe, rested well, and had a great experience. I really appreciated how the staff handled everything P. S. Special thanks to Manager Noel, receptionist Anna, Gabriel and Isabella!

GGuest UserI really loved this hotel + highly recommend kguesthouse dongdaemun premium. Even the room was a bit small, but the facilities were complete and the location was very strategic. They also provide parcel storage (which im super thankful for 🥺❤️). Our room might feel small for 3 people with 6 pieces of luggage, but it's okay since we didnt stay allday long in and just came back at night. So beside that, everything was absolutely worth it!!. It’s near the subway, bus stops, 7eleven, olive young, daiso, ddp and most importantly, near the airport limousine bus stop, including the night bus! We only need to walk a few meters to catch the night airport bus. My flight was at 7:30 AM, so I took the night bus so didn’t need to stay overnight at the airport :D

LL377It was my first time in Korea during the National Day holiday. I traveled with friends for a few days, and then they returned home. As a solo female traveler, I saw the price was decent, so I casually booked this hotel for two nights without much research. Once confirmed, it couldn't be canceled! This hotel is only suitable for a one-night layover, not for shopping or leisure tourists. I'll break down the pros and cons below. Also, you can find this hotel's address on China's Gaode Maps and Uber can get you there, but surprisingly, South Korea's local Naver Maps couldn't find the hotel name... Unless they improve their luggage policy, or if you only have a backpack, otherwise, tourists should look elsewhere. Price Pros: Compared to other options nearby during the National Day holiday, the price of this hotel was acceptable to me, around 290-300 per night. No other pros come to mind. Transportation Pros & Cons: ❌ It's quite far from the subway. The nearest subway station is Sinseol-dong Station on Line 1, a 10-minute walk. If you're not good at using Korea's Naver Maps, don't just walk, because I once got lost... ❣️ Taking the bus is more convenient. The nearest bus stop is just dozens of meters away: Bomun-dong Community Center. From there, take one stop to Sinseol-dong Station Crossroads, and then take the subway from Sinseol-dong Station on Line 1. ❌ Check-in time: If you arrive early, you can't check in early. You need to check in at 7 PM and check out by 12 PM the next day. If you check out after 12 PM, you'll be charged separately for the extra time. Also, no matter how many nights you've booked, by 12 PM the next day, you have to pack your luggage and take it with you. Then, you re-check in at 7 PM that evening. If you store your luggage at the hotel, there's an extra charge, and it's not cheap – you could book a decent hotel for that price. Having to take my luggage with me was a major pain; I stayed two nights and dragged my luggage around for a whole day, it was exhausting. Environment and Hygiene: I used my own towels and toothbrushes, not the hotel's. Rooms on the third floor are quite small. For those with no other options, choose a larger room on the fifth floor. Also, there's no deadbolt chain on the door, which made me, as a woman, feel a bit unsafe. Later, I read other reviews and it seems this hotel might be a couple's 'love hotel'? That would explain the different check-in times and luggage rules...

GGuest UserThe bathtub drain was quite clogged, which was a bit of a struggle. However, the TV remote in my room wasn't working properly, and when I reported it, the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue. The room itself was comfortable and very clean. I also liked that they provided face masks as part of the amenities. Plus, the location near Sinchon Station was excellent, making transportation very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place, especially considering the price. I highly recommend it.

AAnonymous UserGreat location, with a subway station and bus stops nearby. The room is tiny, like a goshiwon (a type of small, affordable room often found in Korea), only suitable for one person. The entire check-in process is self-service, making it ideal for a quick one-night stay.
