Beautiful location, delicious food, wonderful amenities, and staff went above and beyond to accommodate and get to know me. Everything was clean and tidy and most importantly quiet! Really enjoyed being off the beaten path and away from the bustling town. Massages were amazing as well! Highly recommend the reflexology foot massage - I got 3 of them during the week I was there.

Being older, not so fit and the silence up to 10am (would it to too serious for me) I was nervous about going to Samahita, but it was just perfect. I had a beach front room by the second swimming pool, beautiful to wake up to the sea. Guests didn't all do all the classes, my main interest was yoga, but as I wanted to push myself outside my comfort zone I went to the fitness classes as well. I'm so glad I did, the support from the instructors was amazing and it really boosted my confidence - I can do it! The food is delicious and if you fancy something different you can order food from the counter - I ate the buffet every meal and loved it. There was a lovely mix of guests from all round the world, many repeat customers, totally recommend this retreat.

A great place for a reset! I had 5 days of wonderful spa treatments, meditation and yoga programmes and delicious healthy food! And the accommodations and staff are amazing! Really recommend this place if you need a peaceful retreat.

Personally, I found the garden rooms to be particularly special—waking up to the soothing sounds of birds in the morning is pure bliss. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and while the rooms are simple, they provide the perfect setting for deep rest and relaxation. The food at Samahita is nothing short of outstanding. Everything is organic, homemade, and packed with nourishing, plant-based delights. From a nutritional perspective, the quality is simply top-notch—an absolute treat for both body and soul. Most importantly, Samahita is not just a vacation resort; it is a space to truly be. A place for self-discovery, connection, and renewal. I will be back!

It’s with a heavy heart I leave this place after 7 nights. Everything is so beautiful where to start. The rooms are fantastic, clean and spacious with everything you need and right on the beach and in a remote area that doesn’t feel like Koh Samui. The yoga is the best I’ve done. It gradually gets more intense throughout the week but there’s people of all abilities (I was worried I’d be arriving to a yoga place full of expert yogis, so was happily surprised). The teachers are amazing and give you plenty of options according to your ability. I loved So’s exercise classes in the afternoon, always delivered with such enthusiasm and I always left exhausted. The restorative yoga following exercise is a welcome stretch and chill down. There’s no pressure to attend all the classes if you don’t wish to. I loved waking up and watching sunrise on the beach with my morning tea, ahead of yoga. Then it’s free time to eat the incredible food (no food was the same during my 7 nights), sunbathe, swim, have a massage, walk or explore until afternoon exercise. I floated around the place for days having massages and chatting to different people from around the world. Thank you to the amazing food service staff, and wellness staff, who always remembered your name. The massages were great. The rooms always clean and everyone always so friendly and kind. There is no doubt I will be booking again soon! Thank you

I chose this place with the help of ChatGPT and the 2 weeks spent here were one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. This place is truly blessed with an extraordinary energy. But let me tell you about how it was: for the first time I practiced yoga and because I had extraordinary teachers (Gill, Daniel, Emilia and Shir) and especially inspirational ones they inoculated me with this microbe...so now I practice almost daily. The yoga lessons were complemented by various body treatments (don't miss the extraordinary aromatic massage with Oren) and a brain upgrade program. Accommodation: clean rooms and equipped with everything necessary for a minimum 4-star hotel. Food: excellent: fresh local fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and daily shakes to give you a shot of energy and health. A big plus of this place are the connections you create with other guests.Overall: I recommend trying this experience, and I will come back as soon as possible.Thank you to the entire team at Samahita for the experience.
