"This is a lovely resort set in sprawling and lush gardens.There are x three pools to use as well as the amazing beach and views.Accomodation is varied We had a separate villa in the grounds bear to the breakfast restaurant It was spacious and airey with excellent daily cleaning 😀 The breakfast was great. Lots of choices.The staff team was delightful and worked tirelessly to ensure a great service . Smiling Nam often on the door, taking your room number. Lovely and an asset.Also, to Pan who readily engede in conversation. ALL THE STAFF at breakfast were FANTASTIC 👌 Thank you for a lovely 15 niggts stay. We woul recommend 1"

"Stayed at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort in July for 7 days in a Standard Triple Room in room 125. Although the resort is an older one, as a budget level hotel it has satisfied most of our expectations. The room was large enough, with the building close to ”Sue's Restaurant” and to the main pool and to the beach. Room and bathroom were clean. As we asked for additional pillows in the room, we were provided. The buildings, villas were surrounded by lush garden, including the restaurant and beachfront, assuring comfortable shadow for those searching for it. The main pool has a comfortable depth, comfortable for swimming/playing, it's water was clean, although we preferred to swim in the sea. Did NOT encounter any jellyfish in the sea during our stay, so do not be afraid from this point of view! Beach towels are provided near the pool. Breakfast was basically good, although I would suggest to the management to provide beside a single(same) type of ham also some variety of salami. The same would be the case also for cheese, to provide 2-3 types, not only a single one type every day. I guess this would be much appreciated by the westerners who make up the majority of the guests. Initially we were afraid from load music until late night from the neighboring Ark Bar Beach Club, but our fear was groundless, the lush vegetation absorbed most of the sound, it was barely noticeable. It was touching seeing how the much respected owner of the resort, Miss Sue, was visiting one or two times every day the area near the restaurant and the beach while greeting ”old” returning guests and entering with them is short conversions. All in one, I appreciate that Chaweng Garden Beach Resort offers an excellent value for money ratio, and I would definitely return the next time to the same place, hopefully next year! "Arrived to find that the room we booked wasn’t available as the air conditioning was broken. They made out that they had upgraded us but then took us next door to an old villa in a scruffy garden. We were only there for one night, had prepaid, and couldn’t find anywhere else so had but option but to stay. Room was ok. Had our included breakfast at a restaurant across the street. Was quite good. Went to sunbathe after breakfast. The sunbeds were soaking wet and had bird poo in them. The staff weren’t interested in cleaning and preparing the pool area for their guests. Wouldn’t stay again, scruffy hotel."

"Unfortunately, the yoga instructor was not available, hence, we didn’t get to enjoy the yoga sessions as planned. If only the hotel is contactable and we can plan on other dates. Their reservation email is not working, then how do we get in touch with the hotel? Sent 2 emails and yet the staff said there were no emails received. How strange! The room we were checked in was hot like sauna, and we requested to change the room. The staff said it’s due to the hot weather therefore room is warmer. Rubbish! It’s the AC issue, don’t blame the weather. We were moved to another room but we still need to request for a fan in the room to circulate the cool air. It’s a nice resort but the poor maintenance is a turnoff! We still enjoyed our stay as the staff at the restaurant are very nice and friendly. Overall the resort experience is nice, just the room maintenance was very poor."

"The room was spacious but a bit dusty, as if the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. Still, overall cleanliness was acceptable. The atmosphere was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious—don’t miss the breakfast! However, the location is quite difficult to reach as the resort is on a hill. The road is dark at night, and there’s nothing much around the hotel"

"This hotel was exactly what we hoped for cozy, luxurious, and worth every penny. Our sea-view room was spotless, bright, and had an amazing view from the terrace. There’s even a semi-private beach, which made the stay even more special. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, but everything was delicious. Plus, the location is great- just minutes from Bangrak Pier for easy trips to Koh Phangan and only an 8-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village. Highly recommend:)"

"Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Breakfast service was very slow and confusing. You can tell the staff are trying but it needs to be better organized. Location away from town and on the beach, good for families avoiding noise and nightlife"

"Overall, it's OK. The location is very good. It's near Chaweng Beach. The hotel has a private beach. There are not many people. The sea water is OK. There is a 7-11 nearby. It takes a little time to walk from the beach to the roadside. The service staff in the lobby are very enthusiastic and helpful. It's a pity that there is no Chinese service. The cleaning staff cleaned the room perfunctorily. There was dust in many places in the room. The paper towels were not added until they were informed when they ran out. The facilities of the resort are a bit old. The air conditioner is a bit noisy at night. It would be better if it could be improved."
