From the moment we arrived at Marasca, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is very well-secured at the entrance, giving us peace of mind right away. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way.
Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system!
The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus!
We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly.
We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish.
Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind.
Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable!
Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do.
To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable.
We will definitely be coming back. See you again, Marasca!

SSom RI spent a week at Cape Fahn, a private island resort in Thailand, and it was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the views were breathtaking. Dining at Long Dtai restaurant was a highlight, with exceptional Southern Thai cuisine and fresh seafood. The serene atmosphere and excellent service made my stay delightful. I can't wait to return for my next vacation.

MMarielleeGarrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

GGuest UserI came to Thailand for a friend's wedding and took the opportunity to do some short-term traveling. The hotel was very comfortable, with an infinity pool that seamlessly blended with the sea, which was truly breathtaking. I recommend the sea-view rooms; sitting by the window, enjoying the sea breeze, and looking out at the ocean was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was also very good.
The 0.5 point deduction is for the breakfast restaurant staff. Although there were a lot of people at breakfast, their seating arrangement wasn't great, and they didn't allow guests to dine in bathrobes (which I understand, as I had just come from the pool). However, I'm not sure if it was a language barrier, but their attitude was not very good.
I also tried the hotel's spa. The environment was excellent and very private; I heard it was even an award-winning spa. However, to be honest, I don't think the technique was the best, and compared to its price, the value for money wasn't very high.

GGuest UserReally incredible resort. Very boutique luxury experience, the staff are incredibly friendly and by the end of the trip could easily recognize us and expect our requests. The resort is beautiful, two great pools and a private beach located in a little cove blocked by land on both sides. Our villa had a nice view of the ocean with plenty of privacy for our pool. We had breakfast included, which was in a gorgeous restaurant with a fantastic food and views (pictured). We had a great vacation!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel with the small bungalows is very beautifully located directly on Chaweng Beach. On this page of Samui you can watch beautiful sunrises. The nearby airport you can see the aircraft flying across the beach. The included breakfast is available every morning (no buffet) from a selection of Asian dishes and omelets or musli. It is also located right near the Central Shopping Centre and therefore also quite centrally there. The bungalows with single beds are quite narrow, with double bed is a little more generous. Very beautiful is also the small terrace where you can look towards the sea.
A small manco would I see in the beach beds. These are of plastic and unfortunately without condition. Furthermore, the beds are also rented to hotels, then for 100 baths. This means that you also have to make a early effort as a hotel guest to surround the shadows.

GGuest UserI’ll start to say that the overall stay was nice, beautiful resort, nice view, well located.
But a few things important to relate, the bed was very hard, mattress uncomfortable, pillows flat, bed sheets old. After 5 nights spent there, both my gf and I suffered from back pain. Then the socket on the bed side table was broken, on our last night, the water stopped when I was right in the middle of showering and the toilets were clogged from time to time. Lastly there was way too much chlorine inside our private pool.
