Chaweng Noi Pool Villa Reviews

Helpful hotel service crew. From recommendation to access beach front to local tours to assistance when we faced a situation with a locked baggage they were so helpful and ever willing to tend to our needs. Hotel rooms came with free coffee and bottled water. Umbrella as well as a day bag for carrying beach or pool towels were provided for guest use which was thoughtful gesture. Breakfast with Western fare and local Thai food were decent. I recommend this hotel for those who prefer a quieter location away from the hustle and busy tourist area of Chaweng Main beach. Best for those with own vehicle access since there are less shops and outlets near this location.

I stayed in a villa for 16 days with my own private pool out of sight of other guests. I have an ileostomy bag hanging off my stomach and feel I need to cover up when in public pool areas. The private pool was absolutely fantastic for me, being able to swim anytime I felt like it without being conscious of my bag. Truly fantastic for me. Facilities were right up there, everything you could want. The lovely cleaning ladies were excellent and had personality, although they probably didn't understand a word I said. Never stopped smiling. The hotel is slightly out of the way, but nothing on a scooter or in a Grab, the traffic was generally light and very courteous. Highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Small rooms, very helpful staff A large swimming pool, in fact, the hotel left a very pleasant impression for your money! Transfer to the mall and to the beach with sun loungers is a huge advantage!

Had a very pleasant 1 night stay, would gladly have stayed another but they were fully booked. Very spacious suite and lovely private pool. It’s not on the beach, but they provide a shuttle service, also a one way shuttle to the central market.

What could improve 1. Lifts not working 2. Toiletries could have been better. 3.Wifi needs lot of improvement. It's bad. 4. Should allow guests to check in earlier if there are rooms available. What is good 1. Very good service 2. Rooms are good 3. Breakfast is decent. Coffee is very good.

My check-in experience was incredibly bad, not just bad, but more like a rundown guesthouse in China. First off, the staff's service attitude was very good. However, the facilities in this 'guesthouse' are extremely outdated. There were a lot of bugs in the room, and the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out. The toilet also smelled bad, the furniture was scuffed and chipped, and the bedding had a very strong body odor. The bathroom's exhaust fan was broken, and there were no slippers provided. The noise from the road was very loud, and the windows offered no soundproofing. The worst part was the open-air bar next door, which played music every night until after 11 PM.

Beautiful rooms with private pool villa. The hotel and its pool were stunning. The staff were agreeable and helpful.

The furniture in the villa was obviously old, and the cupboards didn't open well. The location of the rooms is not convenient. If someone goes to the toilet, then you can only go from the nursery to the kitchen through the pool area.The lighting was quite dim, and there was no desk chair. The pool is clean, towels were changed every day and bottled water was provided. The breakfast is good. You could order a shuttle bus to the beach or the store for free. P.S. The bags that we left on the bedside table and planned to use for some reason, the cleaners made garbage bags. I believe that cleaners have the right to throw out only what is inside the trash can.

The location is good not far from main center area. The service staffs were good.

Close to beach, 20 minutes from airpor, plenty of restaurants close by. The hotel is going through a renovation stage, one floor at a time. We all stayed in a delux pool villa each, which was spacious with a huge bedroom and lounge area. Unfortunately, the bathroom in each villa are a huge accident to happen. They were bath/shower bathrooms which were very dangerous. The shower heads were outdated, flimsy and sprayed water everywhere, making the floors very wet and dangerous. We hope with their renovations that they will have a simple walk in shower with a shower head fixed to wall or roof with the option of a movable shower head attached to a fixed rod for younger children. Definitely NO BATH! We would all stay there in an instantly in the future, as the staff there are absolutely incredible. They couldn’t do enough for us. The excellent front desk staff organised trips for us at exceptional pricing and the kitchen staff were fantastic people too.

1.Location Even tranport has been arranged hotel is little fr city center and activities there.Last transport fr city far too early.Taxi cost about 400 bath. 2.Restaurant is not cozy at all and buffe is only sufficent. Rrstaurant prizes are too high compared with city prizes. 3.Accomodation with pool is very attractive and good. Little detail is that bathrope and slippers are far fr comfortable.Bathrope is like it is used in prison and with slippers You cannot walk. 4.All staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 Many spots at hotel needs maintenance.
