Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!

Stayed for 8 nights at Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Resort. The villa had its own private pool. Very cozy and nice. The breakfast each morning was really nice. There’s a buffet and you also get one a la carte item for breakfast to go with your buffet. So really good. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hotel evening meals were not so good. Nearby restaurants were way better and much better priced. I wished the food was super good for lunch and dinner as it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, the Thai dishes were a bit sub par, over priced and even beers and cocktails were double or triple what you pay elsewhere. Pool staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the food and drinks at restaurant and bar were reasonably priced so we could have enjoyed it more. Nearby restaurants offer better experience. Mr Eung restaurant nearby had the best food for that area. A short drive to the best restaurant on the island called Supatrra will show you what you wish the resort had. If the manager of the Sala resort went over there and learnt a thing or two about dining then the resort could be greatly improved. Anyway, resort was nice, just the lunch and dinner needs some attention. Good location, clean and tidy. Shower gel and soaps were not the best so had to buy some outside. Don’t forget your mosquito spray. Overall, a nice experience and very relaxing, just wish the food was better. Fun stuff to do nearby, football golf, Thai cooking class, go kart racing, reggae bar, paddle ball courts, tourist shopping at night market, kickboxing show. We hired a scooter, as it’s not really walking distance to anything but a short scooter ride will get you around the island.

The reason I booked Kimpton was because of the interior design, very beautiful property. The room was nice and comfortable with spacious balcony. Staffs are very helpful and nice, just a bit out of control during breakfast time, kinda feel like understaff. It’s a great place for family so not so recommended for couples or people who prefer quiet and privacy. Foods at the fish house restaurant are amazing, fresh ingredients and good quality. Plus point is the sunrise is so beautiful from Kimpton.

Everything is great. Food is good. Beach is very small but enough for the hotel guest. But u cannot do any activities on the beach. Like.kther hotels they don't have any snorkeling.. kayak etc.
They have fire shoes and other events for entertainment. It's far away from the chewang Beach and they don't provide any pickup and drop from Beach. It's charged at 800 TBH for pickup and drop which is very expensive.
Better to keep a bike on rent @ 300 TBH and have it for 24 hrs.
Spa is good but not worth given 10 times price as compared to any good spa outside. This places misses steaming sauna bath.
Rest its a good property but its better to always be near chewang for having all combinations.

We stayed in a pool room villa which was lovely. We really enjoyed the hotel and amenities. The beach by the hotel was lovely (a little bit of litter, but lovely temperature).
The communication could have been better - we didn’t realise there was a shuttle between this hotel and the twin hotel, or that the hotel provided kayaks and stand up paddle boards until the last day (we paid to rent a SUP earlier in our stay).
The breakfasts were awesome, very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed the Meliá Resort. The service is high and nothing is too much. The resort and rooms are clean. Very extensive breakfast buffet, which is constantly replenished.
It is located in a pleasant street, with some restaurants & massage salons.
You can reach Chaweng and Fisherman Village in 10 minutes by taxi! Plenty of taxis in the street at the Melia resort!
Only downside; Many guests lay down towels at the pool & beach. Fortunately, the staff keeps a close eye on this. Melia resort should purchase more beach beds & umbrellas.
Employee Baw in particular is a really great host at the pool & beach! He makes sure you don't miss anything!

We had a wonderful time staying at the resort. It exceeded our expectation.
The staffs and management are extremely professional and polite.
We love every minute that we are there.
We definitely plan to return as there are so many wonderful memories we had.
Exclusive beach. Paddle boarding. Swimming. Chilling and the location is close to every thing but away from the too busy and hectic part of Ko Samui.
Highly recommended

Honeymoon Perfection at Six Senses Samui.
We recently booked a stay at Six Senses Samui for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the service, amenities, and attention to detail were absolutely amazing. Every staff member provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly special. A special mention goes to the manager, Nirob, and his outstanding team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable.
The food was another highlight of our experience. Six Senses Samui’s commitment to sustainability is evident, with many ingredients sourced directly from their onsite garden and within Thailand. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
The room decor is breathtaking, blending luxury with nature in a beautiful jungle fever style. It felt like a serene oasis, perfectly designed for relaxation and unwinding.
We will most definitely be back and highly recommend Six Senses Samui to anyone visiting Koh Samui who wants to relax, recharge, and experience unparalleled hospitality. It truly lives up to its stellar reputation and star rating!

This is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip. The service is also very good. It is friendly to Chinese people. It is highly recommended. The water quality in the room is very good. I brought a filtered shower head. After washing for three days, there was no discoloration. The Intercontinental turned dark in one day.

Wow, this new hotel is really great and clean. You can park your car on the roadside in front of the hotel, and the view is very beautiful.
The restaurant on the first floor is also delicious and has a strong sense of service.

VViktorLocation: you need to immediately understand that you will need transport. There are a couple of cafes within walking distance, but we didn’t go to them, there weren’t many people there either, except that a couple of times we saw a few farangs having breakfast. Report offers delivery to and from the beach during certain hours. I don’t remember the price: either free, or for a symbolic fee, very low. They also offered to order breakfast and have it delivered to your villa: it’s certainly more expensive than in a regular cafe, but still affordable. We did not use this service, since we would have to plan breakfast time in advance (why?). The beach... we stayed during the daytime low tides, so I can’t say anything good about the sea, but the beach itself is clean and almost deserted.
Surprises: we booked a villa with three bedrooms and a living room + a swimming pool. When looking at the photos of the rooms (at the time of booking), I could not understand the location of the room and also could not understand the privacy of the pool. Will the pool be ours alone or will it have to be shared with guests from some other villa. I even looked around on Google Maps, but still didn’t fully understand it. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that this very villa consists of two separate houses between which there is a swimming pool (not small, but medium in size). One house consists of two bedrooms with separate entrances and separate bathrooms, and the other house consists of a huge living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Grandiose! Another patio.
Of the minuses: not very stable wi-fi, TV is brooding. That's all. Air conditioners also do not cool as quickly as we would like, but this is the fault of the building design. A huge area of glazing which is made of single wood. If in the future we install normal aluminum structures with double-glazed windows, it will be possible to achieve a better effect from air conditioners + save on electricity and improve sound insulation. However, air conditioners do their job quite well. It was almost always quiet.
Overall everything is ok. This place is worth the money. The owner, Lana, is very friendly and speaks perfect Russian.

WwynlangelaI took my baby and parents on vacation, so I wanted to find a room for four people. The hotel is great, very quiet, and there are not many rooms. I originally wanted to book a beach villa, but it was already booked😂
The two-bedroom villa we stayed in was very comfortable. The swimming pool in the yard was very casual to play in, and the children were very happy. The room also has a kitchen, pots and pans, knives and forks, dishes, and microwave ovens.
The coconut candy they gave was so delicious😋And you can watch the Chinese version of Netflix at will, and the baby watched several movies.
The location is not in a busy area, but it is very quiet. It is very close to the pier for going out to the sea. There is also a 7-11 in a five-minute walk. The hotel is also close to the Thousand-Hand Guanyin Temple and the Big Buddha Temple. There are also some restaurants further ahead. You can also order meals at the hotel. It is not particularly expensive and the taste is also very good. We ate for 2 days.
Breakfast was booked at the front desk the day before. A guy would deliver it to the room in the morning and help to arrange the dishes. There were Thai and Western dishes, and there were many choices. They also helped us pack when we went out to sea on the first day😄
The ladies at the front desk were all very nice. When I left, they helped me call a taxi, which was cheaper than grab✌🏻. I also lost my sunglasses case and glasses at the front desk. I contacted the front desk, and the lady helped me deliver them to my second hotel after get off work. She was really an angel🤭 I had a super pleasant three days.

GGuest User10 mins walking to the main road, but there is a 7/11 right outside the hotel and some local eatries. I like this location cause is quiet away from the busy touristic area. Nice pool to cool of a hot day, hopefully they will be in full operation with nice setting restaurant n pool bar. The room was nice n clean with full kitchen equipments provided. Lovely owner n friendly staff. Will be back.

MMarina_vlThe location is excellent if you only care about beach rest. But, the beach didn't like: because of the yellow at the bottom, the water is muddy, the water is in the morning (was in mid-June), very small, the water is hot. If anyone wants to dive with the mask, this beach is not suitable for you. The beach cheeses for the guests of this hotel are free. The beach is sandy.
Before the shopping mall you have to go by taxi (300 batts one way). There are cafes, grocery stores. But some evening is boring.
The room really smelled the spleen when the settled. But, opening the window and turning on the air conditioner, the smell was gone. And here the smell of the sewage is whether it was from the sink, whether it was from the toilet a little. The pressure in the shower is good, the water is hot. In general, the room is clean, bed and towels are clean. There is a refrigerator, a teapot, a safe. Fen took on the respiratory.
Balcon large, chair, table, dryer.
The territory is beautiful, decorated.
In general, for this price, the hotel of norms! But left there after the first day only because of the beach!
