Brilliant property .. great hospitality and staff I was particularly impressed with Simran Sahu who assisted in check in and ensured my stay was comfortable .. I will also like to mention Khushi and the restaurant manager ( missing his name ) who were also very cordial Wishing simran all the best

Very nice experience nice very good service. Me from Ashok Leyland. I will like to visit again. And service by Dipendu and Vtsab and sourbe and bappa and beeapung. Breakfast was good and they very gentle humble and good at their work.

Great location as the property border with the Eco park. Walking distance. Easily reachable from airport and also away from traffic. All staff had a very warm approach and was very helpful. Only shortfall was the reception/lobby was too small for a 5 star property

We had a very comfortable stay at Taj Taal Kutir. The service was swift and the staff were very considerate. The management team helped immensely during our time on the breakfast table. Specifically, Dipendu, Saurabh, Utsav & Bappa.

Pros- location was great and serene. Cons- 1. The rooms were not that big. It was ok. 2. The restaurant service was pathetic. They did not have many options to select. The glasses were not clean and the very foul smell was there. After our request, they changed one glass first. After that we complained again and then they changed it. We ordered laccha parantha and they brought korma parota. 3. We ordered chicken biryani and it was the worst we had in our life. We complained and called their chef but he was least interested to listen to our feedback. 4. We also had an issue while getting the room key after coming back from a meeting. They were unable to process it and keep us waiting for at least 5-10 mins and finally they sent their executive with the master key.

As always Taj never disappoints their guests. The property gives a vibe of Kerala because of so much greenery around the property. For the staffs, i must say A Big Thank You, for taking care of all my request and made my stay, with a 4 year old kid so comfortable. Food, this shall be conveyed to the Chef, my daughter loved every meal and finished every bit of it and even she commented “ Tasty Food”. Thank You everyone for giving us a wonderful staycation within the city without feeling we are in the city.
