Location: Centrally located, but you'll need to take a Grab to get around. There are no food options nearby, or maybe it hides somewhere.
Service: The front desk staff speak good English and are friendly.
Hotel Vibe: Clean and fuss-free — a good choice for a budget hotel.
Perks: The hotel offers a coach service to/from the airport and shopping malls, though they missed my airport reservation :(
Breakfast: No breakfast is provided, but there’s a small cafe next door. The barista speaks fluent English and makes great coffee — totally saved my morning!

The hotel is very comfortable with a warmth service from the team. The receptionist is helpful and very responsive for any enquiries/needs. A pleasant hotel to stay!

We had an amazing 3 night stay!! You have a classy ambiance, our room is just perfect fit for the three of us! Complete basic amenities, the staffs are very accommodating with our needs. I’m thankful that I’ve found this hotel! Our stay is really worth it. We will definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to be back here again on our next visit in Kota Kinabalu.
The location is not that near to the Imago shopping mall but it’s very accessible to take grab. It’s I 11 minutes away to KK international airport.
The cafe just opposite to the hotel has a nice cookie, beef and chicken sandwich. ☺️

VERY SATISFIED , no words can describe our feelings . This place was superb amazing from the services from the staffs, the facilities provided, the transportation we booked to the airport early in the morning . We are really enjoyed our stay here even only for 2 days 1 night and can't wait to come again . I asked for the swan decoration without any charge and we was surprised to see it , my partner loved it 😍 . Thank you again to this hotel for making our tiring day better after checking in !! ❤️ goodjob for the hotel management , the receptionist Geoffrey , Neldra & all the staff !! 🥰

I had a hard time confirming the free airport shuttle with Stanton hotel using the on line chat. I tried twice before the trip. As a result when I finally received the message via email and WhatsApp on the arrival date , we missed the pickup and had to wait for another 45mins for the driver to come around. This is quite frustrating as I thought I had to call Grab which the hotel had asked me to do so when I wanted to book a drop off airport shuttle early at 6:30. But then when I arrived at the hotel , the front desk said it was free, later changed it to 30RM. We paid $30 and it's like they don't have any policy for this or if they do, it changes.
Overall, the hotel is very decent, and we stayed at ground floor. Staff is very cooperative and accommodating.

The hotel is new and stylish, the aircond is cold and the design is great too. Love the receptionist so much with theirs service which is well manners and helpful.
