This hotel is strategically located near the Handicraft Market, shopping malls, and numerous seafood restaurants. I recommend this hotel as the rooms are clean and the amenities are quite complete. So this is very value for money. A major plus point is the complimentary buffet breakfast, which offers a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Great hotel to stay at. The check in was easy smooth and fast. Parking at the basement can be validated for RM 5 /24 hour. Good comfortable bed and hot water for shower. The amenities in the room is complete and the channel for TV is plenty and have good quality. Breakfast is average for hotel standard, nothing special. Not a lot of choice for bakery or fruits option. Small but clean swimming pool.

The front desk manager was extremely helpful, we arrived at a hotel earlier than we were supposed to be,he had tried his best to check us earlier .we deeply approached that.

Gym is closed and not open or public, swimming pool located next to restaurant, the accessibility to pool not so convenient and swimming pool closed at 7pm. Breakfast overall is OK

The breakfast was good, room so clean and comfortable for staying. Will comeback when any occasion at that areas. Its so awesome

We got the upgraded room, so lucky. All fine and just nice. Only the room not that clean, need improvement.

I recently stayed at and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The staff quickly and efficiently helped me change to a new room without any hassle because the earlier room assigned was at a low floor. I haven't used the initial room except to drop my luggages in it! The room was great! The bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep, and the view of the sea was absolutely stunning. There's a little walk-in wardrobe with dresser. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. There is a massage shop behind the hotel. Take a footpath between the hotel and the residential building. The massage parlor at level 1 has an attitude and seems sleezy, so use the one level 2.

The whole family got food poisoning after 3 of my children ordered room service from Dynasty Restaurant. They had dimsum. A very painful and bad experience.

Location is near to Api Api. Many 24hours restaurant nearby. Room was big enough & very clean. Thank you for friendly service. Will come again☺️

It is our company trip to stay at this hotel. Every thing is perfect. Only carpark you need to pay for RM5 for 24hours. Restaurant is huge to cater big groups travellers

Check in experience was good. Room was not really clean because of a bit dusty. But overall was acceptable. Breakfast meals was great. This was my 3rd time coming to this hotel. Will come again for sure.

Very strategic location at city center. Facing a very beautiful water front. Seafood centre is just opposite the hotel. Easy transport to go every location in KK.
