So clean.
Staff clean room everyday.
You pay a deposit when you get there for extra security which is good as I'm alway nervous leaving some of my belongings in the room.
Pool is so nice!!

The 1st room we got with a smelly drain at ground floor and we inform front desk and they immediately arrange someone to come over for spray. However the smells still remain and they gave a us another room on top floor.
As you can see the hair was underneath the blanket which we strongly believe it’s from the previous user of the room.
Location is ok, restaurant & massage Center & it’s close to the well known local Thai restaurant name Kodam Kitchen.

We really love our stay at this hotel. The facilities is very good and convenient. The place near with 7eleven, restaurants, massage etc. It’s a bit noisy especially on the peak hours but understandable since it’s near with shops etc

This hotel is in a quiet location in Krabi, I would recommend it to families with children. also choosing the room to be on the left side of the reception in the area where the pool is but that the terrace is not facing the direction of the pool, On the contrary because in the morning from 8,9 am it is very noisy from the noise from the pool... We had discomfort when we were accommodated in some remote part of the hotel (old part) we asked for a relocation and we got....The food is good, just my suggestion to be until 11 a.m. ....Nor does the switch work to mark the cleaning of the room, You have to do it at the reception...the staff is very friendly.

10 mins walking distance to the beach and landmark market. 7-11 just right at the corner of the hotel and there are few massage shop nearby.

Nice hotel and worth stay as not all the time will be stay at hotel. Massage place, motorbike rental, 7E , halal restaurant and money changer just nearby and walking distance from hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Glow. Although they had a limited menu at their pool side restaurant, the food was really good, especially their Krapaow Pizza. The pool is pretty decent too. I felt the rooms were a bit small but given the price, the overall experience was amazing. Plus, it's in between the Ao Nang Night Market and Ao Nang Beach. You can find many tour operators and restaurants nearby. You can also catch a boat to Railay at a 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel also has a cute room for your kids!

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only the 1st room (family room) had problem with stagnant water in bathroom and terrible smell from the bathroom water closet. Think smell from the drainage system. Requested them to change room for us. Fast respond, the following day changed the family room to 2 units of standard room at same ground level. Both room was good. only one room had water stagnant issue in the bathroom. This due to the floor (tiles) gradient issue. Good the management look into this matter for long term solution for future travelers.
Others facilities was good.

Hand shower in the bathroom always leaked water drops.

BEWARE, the hotel most likely has bedbugs (or some sort of other insects). After 2 nights I was bitten all over my body. The bites didn’t look like mosquito bites, they were in clusters on different parts of my body and very itchy. At around 12pm on my 3rd day I notified the hotel that I suspected there were bedbugs in the room and asked them to check the room for me and handle it somehow. When I returned to the hotel at around 5-6pm that day, nothing at all had been done. I decided to check out as I didn’t want to stay in this room another night, even though the hotel did NOT agree to refund me.
So in short: I was bitten by something in the hotel, notified the staff, the staff did nothing about it and didn’t give me a refund when I decided to leave one day earlier.
Sad, because otherwise the hotel was really nice for the price. But this experience ruined absolutely everything.
To the hotel: I suggest next time a guest suggests there might be bedbugs in the room, handle it properly. Check the room, offer to change the the room, offer a refund, offer to disinfect all the clothes for free, do ANYTHING to help. Because you did absolutely zero to me and I had to handle it myself.
