Krabi Nong Thale Hotels

Without question, the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. With our own private villa and private pool overlooking the ocean and Hong Island, we were literally in paradise for our stay. Being welcomed with an incredible view at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the warmest of staff who were so helpful. Not just with things at the hotel but organizing airport transfers, day trips and anything else we needed. Krabi was great but Banyan Tree, Krabi was sensational. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you could wish for, including a make-your-own Bloody Mary/Mimosa station! The Saffron restaurant was exquisite with exceptional cocktails of which I had never heard of and the spa is something out of this world. The hotel looks, feels and even smells amazing every corner you turn. Lighting around the beach bar and beachfront: stunning. Day tour on a private longboat: stunning. Banyan Tree, Krabi: stunning.

Breakfast- smaller selection than usual five stars but it was high quality.  Activities- so much to do if you’re into fitness! Hyrox, Spartan, HITT, Muay Thai, rock climbing (some have surcharges- need to Check) Service- I found this lacking in terms of front desk service and phone as everything you are asked to dial 0. Maybe it’s the language barrier. Ten step onsen- only available 2 timings/day 11am and 5pm so you really have to plan your time around it which was annoying so we did not end up doing  Late check out- not available! Allowed to use facilities, only open shower available and change at the spa.  Beach club- free use of bean bags for hotel guest. But usage of pool is chargeable with minimum spend (depending where you choose to sit it’s a different price) free activities for hotel guest- kayak, paddle board, padel )  Pool- take note pool not allowed for kids below 12. I found the hotel very stingy with towels. Also lack service. Nobody comes to you to offer menu and ask what you’d like, I had to look high and low for attention.  As you walk out from Varana. there are some restaurant options (6-8 restaurants) very affordable.  Overall, we had a good time but lacked the magic somehow.

Sunset view from private beach was superb. Sound proof is very good and the hotel area was very quiet, which is very healing. The amenities can be quite old, but service is really good. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast options could be improved.

If you’re in much need of a holiday and don’t wish to worry about organising activities and finding a group of people to travel with, Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort is the perfect place. There are numerous activities organised by the Resort which one can enjoy solo. I enjoyed Thai boxing and snorkelling for the first time. The meals offered by the resort were simply exquisite. I would describe the breakfast as a utopia…it was incredibly amazing and luxurious. Those in the activities team took good care of the excursion group, even helped with snorkelling for the first time. Everything felt safe, food was bountiful and I was able to enjoy new experiences… it was simply the perfect stay!

We choose to stay at this place, expected for a peaceful and excellecnce service. However, when we arrived the hotel, no one were at the front entrance to welcone and taking care of parking and our luggages, we need to walk into the Hotel at front desk to get attention. Tge front desk also tried to finish check-in process so quickly, just to finish the process and not even offer any welcome drink. This is first time I've experience bad treat by this level of hotel. Seems, the good srevice and hospitality is only rumors. The breakfast variety were limited and quality of food were not great, but staff at Thai restaurant were friendly and well trained. The room and facility are quite nice, but compare to everythings we had experience this hotel is not worth to money. On the check out, again no one attend to help for our luggages, so again all being taking from the entrance to our car by ourselves. Seem there is not enough staff. Will not come back to this hotel!

We went on a holiday with 2 kids and booked the 2 bedroom villa. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had restful sleep. We also had a private pool right in front of our villa and the kids love it so much. We also could walk to the beach which was right in front of us. Overall, we are really happy with the hotel and its services. Location wise, it is located in a quiet area of Krabi. If you are looking to just unwind in the hotel, this place is definitely a good choice as it was really quiet and we almost felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. There isn't much within walking distance, so if u r looking to walk around to buy stuff, this place doesn't offer that. We rented a car when we were there, so it was convenient for us to drive around to other places for food etc. It took us about 1 hour to get to the airport and Ao Nang about 30 mins.

We booked Anyavee Krabi Resort last minute and got one of the apartment looking rooms facing the beach and pools. This was by far one of the best places we booked out of 4 other resorts we stayed in Thailand. The beach access is truly a beach access with a section for private boats and a section for swimming. I also like that one of the pools was open late and lit up for anyone that wanted to have a late night swim. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was one of the best we had with one of the best views. Apparently you can rent a private tour to the islands from the beach front which we wish we did since we had already completely the speedboat tour. The customer service at the front was amazing as the manager/owner (not sure), welcomed and thanked us when we arrived and left. The room was super clean and large but the bed in my opinion got a little firm. The washroom was super spacious and had everything you needed. If I can suggest 2 things they need to improve would be the coziness of the bedroom and the hot hair blowing from the AC into the balcony when you sat there. A redirect vent to the outside could fix this. We never sat in the balcony as there was always hot blowing air from the AC. Inspite of these 2 things I would still rate this place 5 stars because of all the other amenities. We wish we had stayed longer but next time we come we would stay at one of the bamboo bungalows facing the beach for sure !

This hotel is really great! First of all, the hotel is very beautiful, and the mosquito control is also in place. It is very friendly to children! They will prepare small toys and sand digging equipment! The room was also arranged very conveniently for us, the breakfast was exquisite and delicious, the Thai restaurant tasted very authentic, and the pool restaurant was my favorite, the food was served quickly and the service was warm! There was a small incident when eating at the lay lae restaurant, but it was solved quickly and was very satisfactory! Finally, our butler salaam was a handsome local boy who served attentively and responded quickly! So considerate!

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff ! Very good valued room, great housekeeping service! Definitely willing to stay again in the future. Reasonably priced airport transfers, good value spa and great massage! Really quiet and beautiful over at the restaurant side. Loved the stay !!

We had a really really great time at Aspira. The staff were really amazing and kind. The manager spoke great English so it was really easy to communicate. The rooms are big and spacious. However the one they gave us was on the highway and the soundproofing wasn't great. But we did get good sleep probably because we were really tired. They provided us with beach towels of our own when we were going to the beach. The beach is however a long walk (850 m) but they had special offer where they provided free shuttle service to the beach every two hours (no return though). The location is however in middle of what seems like a small village - town, with really great local eateries. You can go to Aonang if you want to have a night life which is 13 km away. You can also hike uphill to another Beach town. The location is ideal for a good time for Klong Muang which we believe was the best beach around the town. Explore the local food places run by women around the way to go to Klong Muang. They are super tasty at an affordable price , cook to order.
