D first hotel I stayed in Krabi. Location is excellent as City Night Market is at d doorstep. A huge 7-11 is by d doorstep too. Stayed in d new Deluxe rooms n everything is good. Suitable for shopaholics n foodies to Krabi.

We are backpacking through Thailand and just wanted a nice, calm and affordable place to stay. The Cinta House Hotel was a good choice, we stayed there three nights, the room was clean and the bed was good. The bathroom was a little older and especially the shower was dripping and the drain was not working that well. But all in all it was fine especially for the price and the location. The staff was also very kind and we even booked a few tours with them directly at the reception for a good price and direct pickup from the hotel. We definitly recommend that one!

An excellent hotel for its price. It’s just a five-minute walk from the main attractions. Nearby, there are mangroves where you can take a stroll. The riverside is also very close — just a minute on foot. Right across the street, there’s a decent restaurant with good food. The room had everything we needed: large beds, warm water, and a small balcony. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. No issues at all!

Nice stay! Seabass are decorated everywhere so cute! Very clean and silent. Because of plan we only stayed just 1night. This place definitely I want to visit again!

It was really good, the receptionist was very nice, I don't remember her name, she let us leave our things before check in and after check out, everything was perfect, I recommend it 100%.

In fact, the environment of this hotel is pretty good, clean, and the air conditioner is awesome (cool). It is necessary to say that the noise during the refrigeration process of the air conditioner and the refrigerator is devastating! The room is not soundproof, and there are frequent activities upstairs, which reduces the comfort of the room. Another point is that when I checked in, I agreed with the boss on the price of long-term stay, which has been set. What if I continue to stay? Everything is fine, but when I checked out, the female boss told me to choose another hotel! I wonder why this is? Sure enough, I feel that she thinks that I strongly requested to change the quilt cover when I checked in! But the fact is that the quilt cover is indeed a bit damp! It's incredible. Do you think I'm asking too much and too much trouble? There is no need to be honest. This is the fact! I don't want to slander her, I just feel weird. I won't consider choosing her again. I hope the hotel will increase its patience with guests in the future! Those who have requirements for noise are advised to be cautious!

It is a new hotel that is a little far from Krabi Town. Walked 35 mins to the Krabi night market and 7 mins from the bus terminal. The room was spacious and clean cos they are new. The layout of the walkway is like an army barrack.

The overall experience was good. Hotel staff was good and friendly. Indian food is hard to find in nearby locations but can be ordered.

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krabi A wonderful hotel located right in the center of Krabi! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to temples, the main street, and other attractions. Getting to Ao Nang is super easy with a short ride on a songthaew. There’s a 7-Eleven in the next building, and a music club nearby for those who enjoy nightlife. The lobby is bright, cozy, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, light, and decorated with plenty of plants, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We initially planned to stay for just one night but liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Highly recommended!

- The hotel is located on the main road. You can travel to Krabi town and turn to Ao Nang. - The hotel is long and deep along a low mountain ridge. The atmosphere is good. Most of the rooms are on the left. If we face the hotel, there is a swimming pool and a food corner in the middle. - There is limited parking. There are 2 areas. The first area is on the main road. You can park 2 cars. The other area inside can park 4-5 cars. There is no roof. There is limited parking. But in fact, the hotel staff informed that the inside is a taxi parking lot (with roof). But on the day we went, there seemed to be a car parked blocking the way, so we couldn't park. - The nearest convenience store (7-11) should be about 1-2 kilometers away, but you can order delivery. The restaurant is quite hard to find. It is more convenient to go into town/not far. - The room is comfortable, worth the price, clean, convenient. But I think the bathroom should be improved a bit. - The female receptionist has a service mind. She answers questions and gives good advice.
