GGuest UserVery convenient location near the beach. Nice and friendly stuffs. Spacious and clean room. There are many activities offered by the resort. There is a kid club which is great for families with small kids. Breakfast offers varieties of foods and some chicken/meat options are labeled as halal, made it easier for Muslim guests. Overall great place to stay.

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

YYanyun3188The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach, and it's just 200 meters off the main road, so the location is pretty good. The rooms are nice, each with a balcony. I think the rooms with a limestone view have the best scenery. Breakfast is plentiful, served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and you can sit either indoors or outdoors, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning works very well, and the pool is great for families. The lobby is open-air, so the lack of AC there is a bit awkward. Overall, Krabi offers good value for money for a vacation!

AAnonymous UserHad this on offer for 3 nights at S$95. It’s low season and the hotel was pretty quiet (saw only 3-4 other guests and almost nobody at the swimming pool most of the time. Good thing is the service is fast and excellent.
My room was at the highest level and at the junction of the main road. It was of a decent size, clean but some things needed fixing during the off season. The balcony door could not be locked and one of the curtains was damaged but still managed to fully close. Someone next door could have climbed over but being just beside the main road would have discouraged that. The toilet paper holder was damaged but still somehow held on to dear life. The tap/faucet kept falling off, which is a huge annoyance. Hot water wasn’t hot enough. In fact it was barely warm which meant that I didn’t turn on the cold water at all to shower! The bathroom had a sliding door which kept opening if not locked, and that hid the wardrobe and safe box which I struggled to find after checking in. There wasn’t any lights in the wardrobe. Air conditioning was noisy even at the lowest setting. My room was at the junction of the main road which meant there was a bit of noise but it didn’t bother me much.
The great feature was the small pool. It’s clean and regularly maintained. I saw people check the water condition during my stay. From my side of the hotel, it is only accessible by stairs. The hotel also provides a basket with a beach mat and 2 towels, which is a lovely gesture. I’m unsure how they get returned and cleaned though as there are no instructions and also no towels or towel baskets at the pool.
Overall, the stay tolerable with no show stoppers. If they can fix the above issues then the stay would be perfect!

SSaritha’sWe had a great time staying here. Front officer ms sweetie was very lovely and helpful in making our stay a pleasant holiday. Received a surprise birthday cake since we checked in on my birthday. Breakfast buffet in pano cafe had a great atmosphere with beautiful view facing cliff and ocean. Chef Sanjay and team at pano cafe need an extra appreciation for greeting the guest and getting their feedback on the food and the stay. Overall no regrets and will definitely come again

GGuest UserThe hotel is great in terms of location, staff responsiveness and amenities, but the room I stayed in has poor sound insulation, and I lay awake until about 1:30 AM for both nights because the family stayed in the neighboring room kept making noise. Please be aware when you book that some rooms are connected by two doors I think for flexibility of arrangement in case a large family comes to stay, but the doors in the middle are just not sound-proof, if you can, make sure to avoid these type of rooms.

LLaurenSimpThis is a nice clean hotel, with a lovely pool and decent buffet breakfast. We had a pool view room that was spacious enough for our 4 nights stay. It is roughly a 20min walk down to Ao Nang beach but grabs and local tuk tuks are available.

CCurious ApeBalcony view from every Deluxe room is quite different, depending on which building you are assigned to during check in. Some face the smaller pool, some have distant sea view, some face small shrubs while some face tree branches and the worst are those that face a brown stagnant pond. So despite the Deluxe room description in Trip.com stating ”seaview”, you need good luck to get this view (only a few Deluxe rooms on the upper floors have sea-view in reality).
A lot of squirrels in the hotel arounds and they are often bold enough to jump onto the balconies and hand railings - make sure you keep all your doors closed!
Location is excellent - close to everywhere you would tend to go to: main street for food and shopping, Ao Nang Beach and the long-tail boat departure points to Railay beach
