Upon arrival, our room card was rejected twice when scanning. Fortunately, a maintenance staff member passed by and assisted us by taking the card to reception to have it reactivated (our room was on the 5th floor while reception was on the 3rd). Even then, the card only worked after the third attempt, and we had to wait some time before we could finally access the room. When we entered, we noticed termite droppings (frass) under the TV. We immediately called reception to request room cleaning, but it took 2 follow ups and over 30 minutes before anyone attended to it. The room appeared as though it had not been serviced for a long time; the pillows also had an unpleasant smell. Although we were very frustrated, we were exhausted and hungry and decided not to request a room change. Earlier during check-in, I had specifically requested for food to be delivered at 5:00 a.m., as we were leaving early. However, at 5:28 a.m., after we had already checked out, I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel asking whether I still wanted the food delivered which I replied that the staff can have it. To make matters worse, when we checked out after 5:30 a.m., there was no staff at the reception desk. We had no choice but to leave the room key card at the counter. This was a horrible first-time experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel.was very clean, good.price and comfy beds. Pillows also really.good.

Overall is good. There is a local mall in this hotel and it is further away from city.

the accommodation was alright. however there is no washing machine for an executive room and also do not have the traveller adapter. so far, guest service is good.

For casual travellers with no special demands, this hotel will suffice. However, it appears that hotel management is trying hard to save dimes. Rooms have insufficient light [I had to drag a bed light to the working desk to see anything...]. There were several other minor issues [key to room did not work for a while, no clothes hangers in cupboard, no safety box and so on], which are - I guess - nuisances, but not a big problem. However, attentiveness to small things should be top priority for any hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Well maintained hotel. Overall, I would visit again when I'm in Brunei.
