I would have liked to review by giving useful information about the apartment but it was not possible and this is exactly the reason why with this review, I hope to help anyone choose another apartment better than this one. The misadventure begins when I receive, in the afternoon, while I was still on the plane, a Booking message from the host who without much explanation, with poor English and no form of apology, makes me understand that my room is not available due to flooding. Ok fine, there is a problem but I am not discouraged and I kindly ask to find a solution or at least make me understand what to do. Zero. No response. Despite my repeated messages. Arriving at the structure, there is no reception and/or welcome. We try to call and a person answers with poor English makes us understand that in fact there is no room and that they tried to call me but it seems that the number is wrong (which is absolutely false given that I have been using Booking with the same number for years, zero problems throughout the world). The person doesn't bother to find a solution and, worst of all, he hangs up the phone in a disrespectful manner. Needless to say, wandering around looking for a place to sleep in KL at midnight was not the best but luckily we found hosts more worthy than this individual. So AVOID this place if you are looking for a stay in KL that is reliable until the last second and won't ruin your travel experience.
